Jessica, Daniella, Julio, Christian, Ilsa, Freddie, Sergio, Regina, Felix, Aranza and Usi were our entertainment specialists. They made our trip memorable playing volleyball and biking. So fun!!! The food and drinks were delicious. We attended the Cirque show which was amazing z. The friendliness of all the staff felt like home.

The entertainment crew made our trip!!!
Our trip was AMAZING thanks to the incredible entertainment crew!!! We had a blast filled with laughs and the most amazing time together. Such a special group of people who knocked our trip out of the park!!!! Thankful for them!!! Aranza Jessica Miguel Axel Julio Sergio Regina Felix Daniella Christian The entire hotel staff was amazing, attentive and made our trip! We are so grateful for all that they did!

Entertainment Crew + Beach + hotel rooms = ✅
We had a great time all week and the Entertainment team of Jessica, Axel, Aranza, Sergio, Felix, Regina, Daniella, Julio, Christian, and Miguel kept the fun going the whole time. The organized events were a blast and the beach/pools were perfect.

Amazing Experience.
Amazing resort, would highly recommend for a friends trip, family trip or couples trip. If you're young and looking to turn up, this isnt likely the best resort to strictly focus on that but the drinks were good and food was amazing. Easily some of the best meals I have ever had from the breakfast and lunch buffets, to the grill outside by the pools, to the street tacos you will see during the evenings into midnight while walking around, to the restaurants Ember and Suki. Amazing time was had, looking forward to the next time I can go back.

Water aerobics with Christian was so fun! 🤩 Not too difficult and he gathered a big group for us to get our day going. And thank you for the monkey fist keychain! Water basketball with Monay was a hoot! Although we won I think she cheated splashing me when I was shooting!! Haha The spa was gorgeous being mostly open air. Massage was just what I needed and the hydrotherapy helped with my hangover recovery! ❤️🩹 The beach was not swim able and unfortunately even wading proved dodgy. One of our group got stung by a sting ray! Ouch 😓 I think the wind was just blowing too much for the week we were there. It’s ok though for me as I prefer the MANY pools. Lots to choose from. The nightlife was pretty good too with many restaurants, golf simulator, karaoke sports bar, shows if you want to see them plus a night club. So fun! Skip the gnocchi at the Italian restaurant. The pizzas are good as well as the fettuccine and filet. Breakfast on the observation deck is good but beware of high winds! Best dinner was hibachi in my opinion. Overall fantastic resort and would go again.
