Eye of God craft!
Aranza and Monica led an amazing craft for me and my family! We made the eye of god and taught us about the significance of this craft. They also brought us drinks and snacks. As a family, we appreciate their hospitality and going out of their way to help us make memories! Aranza and Monica are amazing!!!

Aranza & the entertainment team!
The entertainment team at Secrets Moxché were amazing! Aranza, Christian, Vanessa, Daniella, David, Julio, Sergio, Regina, Jessica, Monica, Miguel, Felix, and GiGi were all so friendly and always made the effort to stop, chat, and include us. A great team that makes Secrets Moxché an unbelievable experience – would definitely recommend! Special mention to Aranza, who even made us bracelets for my birthday – such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot! Our favourites by far, excellent service all round. Shout out to the entertainment team!

Beautiful ambience, Average service
We have enjoyed trying different Secrets resorts and were excited to try this one but were ultimately disappointed in comparison (we've stayed at Cap Cana, Akumal, and Los Cabos). Pros: Ambience, decor, food quality and pool variety *We loved the look of the resort. Everything has a dark, sultry and moody vibe which sets it apart from others we've stayed at. I loved the Dark Horse sports bars, great vibe and seating options. *The food quality at each restaurant was great. We went to Ember twice to try more options and enjoy the service there by Demetrio. Cons: Food options, pool temperatures, and lack of service *While the food tasted great, I would say there were not as many options. All of the menus felt thinned out. Room service had very little to choose from. Barefoot grill was seriously lacking and there were no poolside stations like we've experienced before (in comparison, the poolside food at Akumal was OUTSTANDING, I could have seriously ate it for lunch and dinner). *The pools all looked amazing, but were only at an enjoyable temperature in the mornings. By the time afternoon rolls around, they all began to feel like bath water, especially the pool up front by the beach and known as the 'party pool,' it was not at all refreshing. Personal complaints: lack of personalized service, rushed check in and check out, much room for improvement in comparison to other Secrets resorts. *Our check in seemed sped up, very brief overview of the layout and shooed off to our room quickly. Our check out was even quicker, and each questions we asked was left unanswered and we were pointed to figure things out on our own. It was not 5 star preferred service, that was for sure. At other Secrets, we were given actual tours of the resorts. We were staying to celebrate significant anniversaries and birthdays, they were noted and then nothing done with that information. Our concierge was never around to ask anything, we were flagging down others and had someone else help us arrange activities outside the resort. Outside of having the preferred rooftop access, there was nothing outstanding about being in that category. While I loved the rooftop, there was nothing else setting you apart from a nonpreferred guest. Maybe were were treated exceptionally well as a preferred guest at other resorts, and it left this experience feeling very flat. Ultimately, lovely hotel. Lots of pools to choose from, which is needed because the beach is not why you would vacation here as the water is not desirable (not a complaint, just an observations - we were aware of this when booking so it was a non issue). Much of the things we didn't like were things that could either be improved upon or are standards based. For the money spent, my expectations were higher.

Best vacation ever!
Our trip to Mexico has been nothing short of amazing. The amazing ent Entertainment staff Julio, Ari, and Sergio has made every day by the pool fun and exciting and they offer amazing conversation and advice on what you should do while you are here. The food was also amazing with wonderful servers that gave great food recommendation's. Our favorite were Wilberth from ember, alejandro from dos almas.
