The service was phenomenal. The food was delicious. The entertainment group were amazing. Especially, Jose, Sergio, Ingrid and Uziel. They really made the environment so much fun. I would recommend staying at Secret Moxche 100%, you’ll have a great experience for sure. We even had to extend our stay.

Amazing honeymoon!
Our stay was amazing for our honeymoon! When we arrived we had a “just married” sign on our door and a bottle of champagne waiting for us! The hotel was always cleanly, the staff were so attentive and kind, and the food is some of the best I’ve ever had! We stayed at the resort during a hurricane and the resort staff were very informational about the storm pattern and did their best to not only keep us safe but keep us entertained while the pools were closed. I appreciated the responsiveness of staff with our requests. We also visited the spa on one of the rainy days and it was an amazing experience! Would love to go back!

Incredible Service, Property & Quality
This is the BEST resort I've ever visited in Mexico. The staff was sincere and helpful and went above and beyond to guide help and give superior service. We didn't feel like we had to tip to get good service and that it wasn't even expected. This makes a stay more enjoyable when you don't have to worry about carrying cash around and bad attitudes if you don't tip enough or at all. The property is IMPRESSIVE seriously gorgeous! I'd like better pool drinks and at least one pool with dancing music and not zen music entirely.

Beautiful Resort - Incredible People
We spent 8 days at Secrets Moxche and our experience was nothing less than incredible. The resort itself is beautiful, but the most impressive thing is the staff that works there and their attention to the little details. They make the stay super fun and easy for you as a guest. Here are a few examples of the excellent service we received. Alejandro and Elias who are the pool concierges take great care of you and ensure you are set up for a relaxing day by the pool. Felix was an excellent waiter and ensured our every request was taken care of. As for the activities, the entertainment team will ensure you have tons of fun on your vacation with lots of activities. Huge shout out to Sergio, Jose, Uziel, Miguel, Victor, Christian, & Jazmin on the entertainment team. We felt like part of their family! I would highly recommend this resort and we are already discussing when we are coming back.

Best so far
My wife and I have stayed at a few all inclusive properties and this has been the best. Pools are amazing. Food is very good. Excellent rooms with responsive air conditioners. Best value I’ve gotten so far in any vacation over our last 9 years.
