The staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Location was terrible, too spread out. Pool bar needs more service. Making reservations for all dinners is not convenient. Food choices need to be improved.

We had the pleasure of staying here for my brother in law’s 60th birthday celebrations. We had an amazing 2 weeks. Hotel is fabulous. Staff are amazing. So friendly & go out of their way, to make it an experience to remember. Our butlers Christian (Rene) & Luisa were always there to assist in anything we needed. The food was amazing. We especially loved the French restaurant. We cannot wait to return. Many thanks to everyone & to Mich on reception, who greeted us on arrival & also assisted us on checking out. A holiday to remember.

May 14, 2025Be sure to be ready to do all your own work for” courtesy “ transport
The resort is beautiful, and the drinks and food is decent. What I resent is the so called courtesy transportation, which pretty much has nothing to do with this resort. You have to book the travel. Did they send a link through one of your many emails, then you have to call to confirm days of pick up at least 72 hours before your trip. And was seemed to me like you had to confirm even furthermore to make sure everybody was on. I correctly booked my transport back to the airport as well, and got left with no driver. This caused me to pay a $250 taxi fee. This experience alone will probably lean me towards not coming here again unfortunately. If the hotel will handle all the courtesy transport amenities. It would be a great resort. They also changed the premium upgrade package between the time that I booked my flight and before we got there, without any notice or offered honor the previous upgrades. Very poor business practice, once again, probably leaving me to go to another resort. And one more thing, how hard is it to maintain a cool temperature in a room? I understand it’s hot and humid, but the thousands of dollars you guys have coming in should be able to upgrade air conditioner systems to a comfortable level. Thank you.

Awesome!
TRS is fabulous, lovely chilled vibe great classes, if you get a space and Fernando from POP team was great! Great class and spoke to us for half an hour after answering many questions about mexico and music, it really made our day! Cocktails are fab too!

Enjoyable experience
Really enjoyed our stay. Large resort with plenty to do and the service was excellent. Lots of wildlife to see. Food of a good quality and a Variety of evening entertainment on offer. My only negative would be the lagoon behind the full moon bar- there was a collection of rotting matter which smelled like sewage. It was not cleared the whole trip and it was very offensive. I think it was unacceptable that this was not dealt with by a hig-end hotel. Other than that, had a great time.
