Rooms are beautiful, service is outstanding and very catering to everyone’s needs. Food was great with a wide variety. Would recommend for family’s or a relaxed getaway. Make sure to try as many restaurants for dinner. And use up all 3 hotels amenities.

Great Time at TRS
We stayed at TRS April 6-13th. This was our 10th visit to TRS Yucatán. We had a very good time. Our Butlers in Building 62 were Maggie and Alex. Our thanks to them for keeping us organized and helping us with our requests. The food was excellent. We had dinner at all the TRS restaurants and Sumptuori at Kantenah. We spent most of our time at the beach or at the pools. There was a lot of seaweed this visit. This was cleaned up by the beach staff. There are many premium entertainment options available at an additional cost. We did not participate this trip. I highly recommend going to the Chi Cabaret Show. The one thing we love about TRS is the excellent and caring staff. Our thanks to the staff. We hope to come back.

Amazing experience
Our entire experience at the TRS Yucatan Hotel was more than we could have expected! The highlights were the amazing staff, the rooms, the infinity pool and the food! But all in all, the resort was amazing!

Exceptional experience
We had a truly incredible experience at TRS Yucatan. I had spent a lot of time extensively looking at reviews of available resorts and settled on TRS. We were not disappointed with our choice and the whole week was magical. We had a junior suite with private pool and were very happy with the cleanliness of our room. As others have pointed out, some rooms have a mildew-y smell. Our room did not have this issue however one of our friends’ suites on a higher level in a different building did have a strong mold smell so this is something to keep in mind. Also, as some others have noted, the rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear in terms of some fixtures etc… we noticed this in our room, but honestly, who really cares? Unless you are planning to spend the week in your room micro-inspecting everything, this is a non-issue. Overall our cleaner did an amazing job and our room was spotless everyday. We were very happy with our breakfast and lunches at Helios each day. There is such a vast selection of everything you could possibly want. I was so thrilled to be able to have guacamole, pico, and fresh salads and fruit at each meal. I can’t think of anything negative to say. The a-la-carte restaurants were more hit and miss, although overall our experience was positive. We especially enjoyed Tentazione. The only disappointing experience we had was at the Thai restaurant which is technically not a TRS restaurant but we would not recommend this. The staff and service were good however the food was disappointing to say the least and the entire experience was not on par with the rest of the week. I love beaches and was a bit wary that the resort did not have one however the saltwater pool was amazing and we spent most of our time there. The infinity pool is also beautiful and a great place to spend an afternoon. There are bars everywhere! The service is great and we especially enjoyed our drinks from the lobby bar as well as Helios’ bar. We noticed that the quality of the drinks from these bars were slightly better. I would recommend special events throughout the week. We went to the full moon dinner and it was worth every penny. It was such a beautiful and unique experience and really made our week. We also booked a Bali bed with a seafood lunch and this was also one of our favourite days. To me these upgrades are 100% worth it and really elevated the experience. We would not recommend the spa as felt that the price was not worth the services rendered

Archery and Rifle
Angel was an actual Angel. He was very nice and kind and fun. His instructions were clear and he was able to communicate well. Best time ever. We did archery and air rifle practice. He taught us well and made is super fun. He was constantly making sure we did it correctly. He was nice.
