Victor and Stef were amazing! They helped me surprise my bestfriend several times throughout the trip for her birthday. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff members in the diamond club were helpful as well no matter what time it was.

Impressive all-inclusive resort
Went for a destination wedding hosted at this resort. All-inclusive, adults only with a really nice setup of beach/pools/dining/outdoor space with lots of activities on-site every day. Rooms were clean and modern. Food was good, with an excellent buffet along with several other restaurants which were inclusive as well. Has a quality spa floor with massages and a large pool room for hydrotherapy. Stayed as part of their Diamond Club tier, which had good perks like premium liquor and exclusive dining & pool privileges. It also included 2 “butlers” which were personal concierges for anything you need. For me Stef and Victor were incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay, helping with lots of tasks such as reservations, pressing clothing, printing documents, coordinating airport transfers and more. Very satisfied with their service! As the officiant to the wedding, I worked closely with Adan the resorts wedding coordinator. He was very friendly and responsive. He has an easy demeanor, and was able to handle lots of detailed requests required of him for the ceremony and other events. Couple of issues I experienced: - Above the 3rd floor, only the elevators can be used, and it can take a few minutes for one to arrive. - Received a Diamond Club voucher for resort services at the beginning of my stay. When presented at the spa, I was told to show it to the clerk upon check out to redeem it. Upon checking out, was told I needed to redeem it when booking the spa service. Disappointed with this experience.

Really clean and nice hotel the staff are really friendly and try to acomodate as much as they can. Especially jan and elmer they where amazing. Would definitely come back if ever have the chance. The pool sidebar it really the best spot to chill.

Great service
Arturo was one of our butlers and he was AMAZING! Went above and beyond the whole time we were there and actually took the time to get to know us and it really meant a lot. The hotel was very clean and everyone was so incredibly kind. Would definitely recommend and go again!
