    Nice Hotel Stay

    It was beautiful, the Elements Buffet was always delightful. The staff was very friendly. It was a fun atmosphere. The Chopsticks Dinner was nice. The Elements Lounge was nice too. Room Service was wonderful I took advantage of this amazing option when I needed it. Even though it was a vacation it wasn’t a horrible place to stay. They had the NightLife for those that like to party. I enjoyed my stay. I did not like the elevators, very slow.

    Great stay

    Went for a work trip and h a great stay. Place is good if you’re looking for a pool party. Steakhouse was the best restaurant, the buffet was also very good. Omar was my butler and he was the best! Helped with me anything I needed! Ask for him. Would recommend.

    Do not go to this hotel

    This hotel is far from a 5 star. The food was horrible the staff was very ignorant. They went through our safe when we were not in the room as we found things out of the safe when we came back to the room My husband had is drink spiked with drugs as well. Stay away from here.

    Enrique Hernández from room service was an amazing help. Enrique took his time to set all the food items in the room and made sure everything was made perfectly. If anything was missing i’m sure he wouldn’t budge to go grab it. Enrique’s service was spectacular! Great Job Enrique!!

    Fun Times!!

    Amazing time, good food, excellent butler service from Arturo and Ricardo!! The suite was incredible with three bathrooms! Hot tub on patio and beautiful blue water views. We went for a backrests party and this was the perfect place! Love the suds party!!
