Oct 08, 2024Amazing honeymoon at all inclusive Royalton Chic Cancun
We loved our honeymoon at the Royalton CHIC Cancun! We opted for the Diamond Club and thoroughly enjoyed the exclusivity of our pool area and the privilege of making restaurant reservations. Our butler, Victor, was superb—he went above and beyond, even on his day off, to ensure our stay was exceptional. He surprised us with a ‘Honeymooners’ banner on our room door, which was such a thoughtful touch. The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning and second to none. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, and we had an amazing experience. The rooms could use a deep clean, but it didn’t detract from our stay. In addition to Victor, we’d like to give special mention to Francisco, the omelette maker. He was friendly, engaging, and gave us five-star service while we waited for our breakfast. The bartenders at the Diamond Club swim-up bar were excellent as well, and Luis, our waiter for the oceanfront dinner, provided impeccable service. Another standout was the woman with beautiful curly hair who served us by the pool—her service was outstanding. The facilities were gorgeous, and the events were a lot of fun. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The entire staff in the Diamond Club pool area were wonderful! Efrain, Diego, Carlos, Kuri made the experience a great one. Efrain and Diego made sure that our drinks were always perfect, tasty and to our liking. Kuri always remembered my favorite poolside snacks and made sure to check in whenever he was around to ensure I had them! Ha! Our butler Marisol communicated with us frequently and made sure that we were well taken care of. She even taught me how to turn on the hot water in the shower! (Ha ha!) Her professionalism, attention to detail, courtesy were one of the best. Thank you Marisol! The food overall at this Royalton, we were not impressed with, compared to where we have stayed before. The best meal was Mexican night at the buffet. The premium beverages were only available at the Diamond club lounge and Diamond pool without an additional charge. That made it inconvenient and very limited on which areas we’d be hanging out at on the property as Diamond club members.

In July, My wife and were celebrating 10 years of marriage and chose this resort to celebrate with 14 of our friends and family. We decided to have a vow renewal but because of a hurricane hitting the day of our ceremony the resort had to cancel our renewal and told us that we couldn’t get our money back! Cynthia from the wedding department was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! My advice, don’t have a wedding here or any other celebratory event! The Food was 2 out of 10 and service was 1 out of 10! My wife and I will NEVER stay at this or any other Royalton Chic location.

Quick getaway
This resort was beautiful. The rooms, the view and the especially our Butler Cesar were amazing. This may also be the first all inclusive I've stayed at where the food was actually great! The steak house was delicious 😋 I would definitely reccomend.

Great experience!
The staff was excellent. Bar service was great.. Jose Diton took excellent care of us during our stay.. Our butler Diego was great! We were a little disappointed that Management took some of the amenities anyway from the Diamond Club members. We pay Way too much for less the amenities..
