A must place to stay
The Bellagio is a hotel that offers a lot of excitement. Having stayed there before, I know the entertainment options are always a highlight. With its ever-changing and always beautiful displays, the conservatory is a must-see. The running chocolate fountain is a fun and quirky addition. Of course, the dancing water fountain is a big attraction. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and the entertainment is always top-notch. The staff is always friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. While unsuitable for children, the pool is still a fun and relaxing spot.

Great property. Good location.
As someone who travels a few times per month I appreciated this property. Very clean. Modern. Fun touches. Good location. Spacious and clean rooms that are well designed. Really a wonderful property. I’ve stayed at more than ten other Las Vegas properties over the last 10 years and this is my new favorite.

A dream come true: The Bellagio 🤩
First trip to Las Vegas and this was the one place I've always wanted to stay. Trust me when I say: it did not disappoint!! It was as beautiful and as elegant as I hoped it would be. Every member of the hotel staff we came in contact with was kind and courteous. The layout seemed overwhelming at first; but once you figured it out, it was one of the easier hotels to navigate (which I appreciated after getting lost in The Venetian 😅). We stayed in a Fountain View room which was worth every penny. I have zero regrets shelling out the extra cash to stay here. It will most likely be our one and only trip to Vegas; so it was a "go big or go home" for this small city gal with a modest income 😊

Lost phone — immediate help
Here with friends for work. Set my phone down on a slot machine and walked away. The patron and waitress helped me get it back immediately with some sprinting through the casino. Refused to take a tip for helping me. Amazing customer service interaction. Mary Ann Ginelsa was her name. Promote her immediately.
