Expected more from Bellagio
Construction in front of the hotel is a total nightmare, and AC did not cool well. Inside hotel lobby and staff is very friendly. I expected more of the rooms and comfort, especially with the Bellagio name. We had AC set to 66 trying to get room cool, however it never got below 75.

Disappointed.
Room was nice.Pool was nice. Restaurants were good. Sportsbook was too small. If you're going there to view sports go somewhere else. Wanted to watch football game and couldn't get a seat. Had to stand for 3 and a half hours to watch the game.Half the tables were reserved and empty. Sportsbar and lounge is very small.

Not a good value for the money!
OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED!!! I am sorry, but you can't feel robbed at every turn. The restaurants were overpriced, the food lackluster and the waitstaff couldn't speak english, yes, I said it! I am so tired of companies hiring people from other countries that can't speak english to save money. This is only acceptable to me if you are charging me $200 a night and not $145 for a cheap bottom of champagne. Don't even get me started about the $24 bottle of Fiji water in the room. Overcharging people doesn't leave a good taste in ones mouth. Get it together MGM properties!!! I will be skipping Sin City maybe, but the Bellagio for sure.

Ordinary Visit
I was staying here for a conference being held on-site. The group held its conference here last year as well. The room was just ordinary and did not have a minifrig available for guest use. I travel with medication that requires refrigeration and was forced to use ice water to keep it cold.

Bellagio’s Central Location and Comfortable Elegance were Perfect for Us!
We had a fantastic stay at the Bellagio. As first timers in Las Vegas, we spent a long time choosing a hotel and ultimately chose Bellagio due to the location and reviews. Our room was clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We used the AmEx Fine Resorts program and got $60/day breakfast credit and $100 food and beverage credit. We used the MGM tram to get to other MGM properties; it’s super fast and easy. When we needed to Uber, Bellagio makes it so easy by having a dedicated area near the lobby for Uber pickups. We never waited more than four minutes for an Uber and I had purchased $100 Uber gift cards for $79.99 at Costco and downloaded them in my App before we left. The central location made Bellagio the perfect choice for us.
