Great Theme / Extremely Good Value
Very enjoyable stay. Great staff. Extremely good value. Excellent food court. The styling of the resort around the sports theme is a lot of fun. Nitpicks: no full length mirror in room, thermostat difficult to get to (coffee cupboard blocks it slightly), bed lights are super bright reflecting on TV screen, and finally (and we saw this in other reviews) we had small, sugar ants on the sink area, maybe 6-10 small ants noticed over the three days. We were in building 6.

Good but could be better!
Stayed for 10 nights in late October. Pros: Comfy bed and plenty of pillows Shower was great Mini fridge was good, can hold a big bottle of milk, 2 large water bottles and 6 pack can of monster energy drink Nice resort Friendly staff Decent food Cons: Bugs!!!! We pulled back the curtain on day 6 to find so many fruit flies on the window still and the curtain it was vile! We complained to the front desk and they said pest control would come and sort it. Not sure if they did but the next day after our day in the park, they were still there but a lot less. Housekeeping was mediocre. And missed a few days of housekeeping Small room Even though it has been newly renovated, it already looks dated. Dark brown, maroon and green does not go together 😂 Incredible rude bartender at the beverage stand!!! Middle age woman who clearly did not want to be there. Overall for the price it was fine. Definitely needs a little tweak here and there but I would stay here again.

Gnats/Midges
The rooms had fruit flies/midges in the bathroom sink and all over the tub. We found 2 bugs on the bed (not bed bugs). We complained about the issue and were switched to different rooms only to have the same issue. We did not complain again even though 2 of my family members woke up with bugs bites for fear of being of being thrown out of the resort as so gracefully we were told by management. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS RESORT !!!! HORRIBLE

They don’t clean the hotel rooms when they’re supposed to
We had to call several times for pest control because bugs were coming through the sink and shower drain. We asked for our room to be cleaned while we went to Epcot. We came back 10 hours later to our room still uncleaned and bugs!! I called the front desk and they said they didn’t know what to do and nothing will be fixed!!!! Please don’t stay here!

Fantastic Hotel
Although we’ve been travelling to Orlando for 18’years, this was our first time staying on a Disney property and we’re now truly stuck in the Disney bubble. Fantastic hotel, great food, huge pool and wonderfully comfortable rooms. Really can’t speak highly enough. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and the staff were absolutely amazing. Special mention to Hannah Grigsby on the recreation team. Such a lovely girl with time for everyone. She truly is a credit to the Disney family. We loved our stay so much, we’ve already booked to go back in May and September next year. Absolutely fabulous stay and a truly memorable holiday.
