Fun themed, budget hotel
This hotel is great when you just need a place to sleep on property and don't want to spend a ton of money. I found this hotel perfect for this. I was even placed in the baseball building which is objectively the farthest spot you can be from the main hall with the amenities and even that wasn't a long way's walk away. It looks a lot longer on the map than it actually was. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I'd recommend it to someone needing a cheaper option and I loved the larger than life theming of the resort.

Disney thinks theft from your resort hotel room is OK
The visit was going really well until my Birthday when I discovered a bag containing $300 cash and $100 gift card belonging to my daughter went missing from our room after maid service. I can't fault the front desk staff, they helped, came and did a report. I was assured they took this very seriously, its a shame that the guest claims team did not! It took days to get through to the Disney Guest Claims Team, all the messages I left where ignored and never followed up. The online chat kept directing me to a number that kept playing a message "Unfortunately we are not accepting any further calls at this time please leave a message. I finally managed to get through on my last day there, only to be told I needed a Police a report before they could do anything, therefore my last morning and in fact last few days there where spent running backwards and forwards to reception. I finally get a call today after returning home to the UK stating they will not be doing anything! I paid over £6600 to stay at a Disney resort, for the magical Disney experience. Well my magical Disney Birthday as this is when this all went down turned into a complete nightmare. So the Disney stance is IT's OK TO STEAL FROM YOUR GUESTS! I am beyond appalled and disgusted with the service I have received or should I say not received from Disney Guest Claims.

The best resort staff I have encountered! Awesome stay!I’m
I have been to Disney World 85+ times and stayed at almost all the Disney resorts and also non-Disney resorts and Airbnb, so I feel like I can give a good assessment of the property compared to others I have stayed at. The reason I booked a Disney property over an Airbnb was because of the bus transportation to the park so I don’t have to drive but what really set this resort apart from anywhere else is the incredible staff. From the cashiers at the food court who gave my kids stickers, to the entertainment staff like Emily who played board games with my daughter for a good 30 minutes , to the housekeepers that make sure to greet you with a smile when you walk by in the hallways, the staff here really goes above and beyond to make the kids feel special and all guests feel like they are at home here. The lifeguards also do an excellent job and are extremely vigilant, and there are many of them watching over the kids at the pool. The resort is immaculate and very well-maintained and there are lots of activities for the kids to do each day. The beds are so comfortable as are the pillows. 2 points of improvement: more shade at the pool, larger garbage cans in the rooms. All in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the incredible staff here for doing such a great job And making our vacation that much more memorable!

Hey Now You’re An All Star!
I was not impressed with the All Star Music in December of 2022 as my previous review recounted, so I was timid to give the All Star Sports a shot, however I was really blown away by this hotel at my recent stay! I stayed in a 2 Queen Bed in the Baseball Section near the Goofy Pool. (One of the beds is an incredibly comfy Murphy bed) It was a short walk to the main facilities, a comfortable and recently renovated room, and the staff were phenomenal. Everyone from check in, food services, retail, housekeeping, and pool staff were all so thoughtful, engaging, and kind- even on a crazy busy weekend. I honestly feel that the quality of staff engagement, professionalism, and customer service was something I’d expect at a Deluxe Disney resort. There’s something special going on at this Disney value resort, and it’s definitely worth returning to. I can’t wait to come back to the magic!

A Great Stay!
I stayed at the Disney All-Star Sports Resorts more than 6 years ago and remembered it being an aged motel-style hotel. It seems like this resort has been renovated since then. Still motel-style with three floors that are accessible from the outdoors with elevators and stairs. However, the rooms have completely been renovated (at least the building we were staying in). The room has been repainted; flooring redone, and the furniture seem to have been replaced with newer ones. The beds were super comfortable. The standing shower, sink, and toilet seems to have been replaced as well (I recall they used to have bathtubs). The room was very clean and very modern. The only complaint we had was the height of the toilet. We are on the petite side so the toilet were a bit too tall for us. It's a bit taller compare to standard hotel-sized toilets. It was quiet despite the rooms being connected directly to the outside. Their food court is decent but pricey. Overall, a great stay.
