Had a super fun time with Victor and Daniela at my spanish lessons! I not only learned a lot but also got to have a fun time with them!

Beautiful vacation
Excellent service from the min we checked in until we checked out. Was it perfect? No, but pretty damn close. Edwar especially, and Angel were eager to help with anything and everything. Swim up adult section is the way to go! Nothing you can do with the seaweed on the beach, so just hit the pools! They are amazing

Angel and Edwar were the best!! We were treated so great!! We never went without anything! They went above and beyond to get us what we needed! They made our stay awesome!! You have two great employees!! We were very satisfied with their service! Thank you our stay was amazing!!

I have stayed at a few all-inclusives in the area (Azul Fives and Generations) and this was our first time at PH. Overall the experience was pleasant. The best part was our butler Chris who was helped by other butler Javi who made sure we were taken care of at every point. He always got us extra waters, fresh towels, worked to accommodate our large party at dinner reservations and even blew up our pool floats for us. The drinks and food were okay, was a little disappointed at the bar service at the 18+ club. I understand that tipping is important these folks, but the bartender on Saturday night flat out refused to serve drinks unless he was tipped. Additionally, all of the bars were closed before midnight which seems odd to me, especially since the pool bars closed at like five. The best part of PH in my experience was the overall friendliness from staff. Would recommend specifically for a large family or party, not so much for small groups or couples.

A Great Family Vacation
We stayed in the adult section at PH and our son and his family stayed in the family section. We both had star class and were blown away by the wonderful, attentive service we received from our personal butlers, Yomelly and Jerry. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The resort was all that we hoped for and more. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the beautiful pools and the lazy river. The amenities we received because we upgraded to star class were great. We all could hang out together at the star class pool and enjoy meals together. We especially liked the Shore restaurant for breakfast each morning. We will definitely be returning!
