Great all inclusive, adult only, experience! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were first rate, many choices of restaurants and bars, with nightly entertainment, casino fun, shopping, and plenty of off site exploration available. Or just chill and relax by the pools or beach, with a cold drink in hand...

Beautiful
Everything was wonderful. Staff was all amazing. Entertainment was great. Had a blast at Black light night.Bed and pillows were comfortable. Grounds were spotless. Food was good. Not all restaurants were open tho. Pools and beach very clean.

100% perfect
We had the absolute BEST time. We were treated like royalty by our Concierge, Willy. Anything we needed or asked at any time, he was right there. My wife almost cried when we had to sat goodbye! The food was excellent and the resort is so beautiful. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks again to all of the staff and to Willy for making this our favorite trip ever.

Since 2014 and we will be back
We had very good service like previous years. We have been going to Breathless since 2014. This hotel is our place to relax and party. As always, the quality of the food and drinks is there. The entertainment team (mainly Waldy) knew how to bring a party into our afternoons at the swimming pool. The end-of-night entertainment was diverse and of high quality (circus, acrobatics, fire show, neon party, etc.) We fell in love with the following employees: Daisy and Lisbeth at the Nook café who have an incredible smile and energy; Elio (manager, server) who ensured that our service was impeccable in the restaurants where we had lunch and dinner. Henry, server at the spoon in the morning, knew our requests and offered us quality service with his smile and good humor. Wenceslao who knew how to recognize us over the years and who offered us friendly service as if we were part of the family. Farleny and Angela waitress in the evening during the late evening shows who stood out by recognizing us from previous years and giving us breathless service. Yubelkis (hostess) who remembered us (she remembered my wife's food allergy). She is sparkling with energy and very cheerful. Émilio our concierge provided us with an incredible Xhale experience. He knew how to take initiative to respond to our requests and preferences. We will be coming back for sure. A lot of the staff recognize us from past years, it feels great to feel like home. we appreciate the resort for everything. It might not be the newest resort but our room was clean, service was good, the food was fresh and great. We felt special to be recognize by the staff.

Robbie’s Birthday trip
The accommodations and staff were superb!!! My Butler, Willy was the best hands down!!!! My husband lost his phone at the pool one day and Willy said don’t worry he will find it and he DID!!!! Emilio was another employee that was wonderful. Emilio got me upgraded from a tropical room view to the Presidential Suite!!!! The food was delicious everyday…..no complaints!!! Very Happy Customer!!!!
