Dec 03, 2024Amazing Resort Experience
I just returned from 7 days and it was an amazing experience!! The bar staff at the Wink bar (Marcel, Anthony, all of them but these two standout) and Ernest at the back pool bar greeted me each time I arrived. The service in all the restaurants was amazing, very attentive, and the food was excellent!! Every meal was made with passion and I enjoyed the lattes at the Nook. This experience was 5 stars and I highly recommend staying here. It's adult and the shows and pool parties were over the top. Each day was a completely new experience which got better and better. The E-Team was outstanding and kept everyone engaged in activities, smiled the entire time and were so fun to dance with. The resort transformed the lobby from a beautiful Thanksgiving display to Christmas overnight. I cannot say enough about the staff. I am very appreciative of the love these people have to be sure you have the best time ever! The silent disco was a blast, the fashion show was incredible, the neon pool party was over the top and I hope to be back for a reunion. The beaches are great and clean, the sunrise is worth getting up for. Definitely recommend this resort!!

Top Notch Service Left Me Breathless”
We were a Company group of 80 people and had the most fun ever! Service was outstanding, food was so damn good and the staff of every dept made the resort a home away from home - entertainment was the best I’ve ever witnessed and I travel a lot. Cannot wait to come back whether with or company or privately!!! Well done Breathless - oh yeah and having access to the Dreams Onyx was a nice change in scenery! Lazy river and waterslides were a hoot and great restaurants. Until next time … enjoy!

Here now, the resort is beautiful and so far the food is excellent. Customer service is the problem. Checked in yesterday, was told our room was a swim up with a king bed. When we arrived at the room, it was 2 doubles. The young lady that took us to the room called the desk, then I spoke to them and was told that they would have a king room this morning. Went to desk this morning and was told that our room would be ready by 5. Went at 5 and they didn't know what I was talking about. After some back and forth we were told that the room would be ready by 7. That more than 24 hours after I checked in. I told them that their customer service was terrible and I would just keep the room I was in.

Beautiful Resort
We just returned from a 5-day stay at Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa! It is a beautiful resort with lots of great, tropical scenery. There is lots to do at this resort including great restaurants, pools and entertainment. Ambiorix took excellent care of us at the pool! He was hands down the best server we had throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this resort. We hope to visit again in the future!

Dec 01, 2024NO RELAXATION. Constant harassment to buy vacation package. THEY FOLLOW YOU
They tricked me into meeting someone to pick up my $200 spa coupon. When I arrived, I was expected to sit through a 3 hour "presentation " on the Hyatt club vacations. I did not receive the coupon because I refused to buy the package. Then they harassed me the remainder of the trip. They found me at the pool, at the beach, and even happened to bump into me as I came out of my room. All trying to talk me into it while calling us "family" instead of using our names. They ruined our trip with their constant pestering. I saved for this trip for a very long time. Constant sales pitch on Hyatt vacations. Will promise coupons that you'll never get. You will be harassed every time you leave your room. If you like being harassed to buy a vacation package when you are at the ocean and pool when you're trying to relax, then this is the place for you.
