We can not find a fault with our whole stay at all, the staff, the food, the entertainment team, the location, the scenery and pretty much everything with the hotel. Our stay was amazing and is definitely top of the list of countries we’ve ever visited, thank you to all the Riu staff for making our holiday such an incredible experience.

Top quality hotel
A first class hotel that cannot be faulted. The staff are fantastic and very attentive. Hotel is absolutely spotless and the food is also great and can’t be faulted. Even the entertainment this year was a big improvement form last year all in all I would highly recommend this hotel

First time there and won’t be my last! Can’t wait to go back!
Service was incredible! The Entertainment was incredible! The food was good contrary to some other reviews. 10 of 10 and would definitely go back again.

Great Hotel in Mo Bay!
Spent the second week of my 60th birthday celebrations at this wonderful hotel. Lovely staff, food, drink and an all round great time was had! Clean pools, and a lovely clean beach (although a little small for size of the hotel). The hotel is really nice and clean, and our (big) room was spotlessly cleaned daily. Thanks to the wonderful staff. Plenty of variety in the food and something for everyone. Loved it all! Great cocktails too! If you stay at this hotel, you are allowed to go to the other two on either side of it (Riu Reggae and Riu Montego Bay) to use the facilities and eat meals. We did visit the other two and both seemed to be run in the same efficient, friendly way we have come to expect from the Riu chain. A massive thanks to all the staff at ALL THREE hotels along that stretch of sand. Highly recommend a stay at the Riu Palace Jamaica in Mo Bay!

Everything about the RIU Palace Jamaica was superb with the exception of the room, it was tired and needed some TLC.
