Jan 13, 2025Fun environment that lets you reach a new level of relax
I had done A LOT of research on all inclusive resorts in Jamaica. I really wanted to make sure if I was going to spend the money, that it would be everything I wanted. Secrets Wild Orchid met that and then some. First the service was excellent. The minute we got there it felt like we could stop having to think/plan and everything was taken care for us. The staff were so very welcoming and sweet. I was shocked by how they would remember things about you. Shout out to Blaze who was fun, spread joy, and only after a very short interaction remembered who I was and remembered I played tennis. Made me feel like the staff genuinely cared about me. Next the location, perfect. It was close to the airport which is sooo lovely not to be stuck in transportation for hours. It was on a peninsula so the beaches were just for the resort members. There were no locals trying to sell us things. It felt like a little piece of the Caribbean just for us. Next the food was incredible! I am a vegetarian so I was nervous about Jamaica because I know their cuisine is meat heavy. Every restaurant had a vegetarian option so it was perfect. My husband was in heaven with all the fresh fruit and seafood! The breakfast and lunch buffet had so many options it made it great for variety. The drinks were on point as well. The entertainment was top tier. The band that plays is so talented. The singers could have their own record deal...such talented musicians. We loved ending our days sitting outside with an island drink and listening to the band. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping up with towels which I appreciate given all the time spent at the beach. I really do recommend this resort. They say "welcome home" when you get there and they really do make you feel like home. Can't wait to go back one day!

Vacation at Secrets
The staff were so friendly and knew us by our names . The grounds were well kept, my room was very clean and the refrigerator was well stocked. Daily entertainment was on point and I enjoyed the Jamaican Festival. Check out was most satisfying, I used the express check out and was able to check out the night before my departure. I also enjoyed the romantic dinner on the beach, it was one of the most satisfying experiences I ever had.

Billy’s Birthday trip!
A great resort! We had the best time! This was our 4th year. The staff was great, Devon & Aidia were the best butler’s ever and Shereen was a great concierge! Clean, good food, and excellent service! We love the atmosphere and dinner on the beach was the ultimate! Best lobster I’ve ever eaten!

50th birthday trip
The resort was beautiful! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent. It was the perfect adults only relaxing vacation. We are already planning our next trip. For our next trip, we plan to participate more in the nighttime entertainment.
