Oct 12, 2024Amazing Anniversary Celebration!
This resort is amazing. The hospitality is top notch! Alfredo was our Butler and he assisted us every day during our stay. Prior to arriving our concierge representative Yarol thru Unlimited vacation club made sure our room and our anniversary celebration was everything we’ve hope for. On our anniversary day we had breakfast arranged in the room, later that evening our room was decorated with roses and chocolate and lastly we had a romantic dinner on beach which was awesome! For our excursions Santos helped us reserve a Catamaran Spa experience, where we did palates, foot detox and massages all on the boat! Overall was a great experience! This was the best anniversary celebration we had and thanks to all Secrets staff that helped us! Definitely recommend to others!

Amazing resort
We had a wonderful time, the best!!! A romantic dinner, room service/ butler service. From the time we arrived until we walked out of the door!!! Yarol and Alfredo were the best we are already planning the next trip. Let’s not forget about Santos

Honeymoon 10 night stay
We have just returned from a 10 night stay - UK couple. Our visit to SRB for our honeymoon was incredible, made the most special by the amazing staff. Special shout out to Ramon B our bell boy. He is being promoted to a butler and we can see why. Such a lovely man who checked in daily, always asking if there was anything he could do. Lady at the main pool bar is a QUEEN who always made sure our glasses were never empty. Juan Jose & Israel in the buffet were so friendly and attentive. Alex in the lobby bar was fantastic. J aka J Frozz from the entertainment team is amazing. Entertainment could be improved slightly by including more pool games such as water polo or even foam parties. Evening entertainment was good, the rock show & queen tribute were great. But again could be improved slightly by involving the guests more with games. We enjoyed bingo. But getting guests up on stage for games would be a game changer for the entertainment we feel. Beach is lovely but the vendors do let it down, we ended up just darting across to avoid them. Everything else is a 11/10. We would recommend this resort to anyone.

Oct 09, 2024Nice resort, but lots of disappointing issues
The resort, grounds and pool were all very nice. There was plenty of seating by the beautiful, white sand beach. Our room was a junior suite overlooking a road and construction site next door. Trucks ran up and down the road all night long. The room itself was nice with a separate tub and shower. We were very disappointed in the maid service. We never knew what towels, wash cloths and hand towels they would leave. We called four times to get more shower gel. We never got any conditioner or sunscreen. Glasses that we brought back from the bar sat there for two days. You would think if they were cleaning they might notice dirty glasses and remove them. We had to call multiple times to get the minibar restocked and then rarely got everything that we requested. Restroom by the beach was usually a mess. I reported to maintenance twice that there was no toilet seat in one of the stalls, but after a 7 night stay it was never replaced. Pretty disappointing for a five star hotel. Wait staff at restaurants and bars was very good and some (Angel) were very entertaining. Wilki waited on us at multiple restaurants, including the buffet. He was so accommodating. We had a group of 14 and he went out of his way to make sure we could sit together. He usually took our drink orders and was very good about topping off our wine as soon as it got low. Overall, the resort is nice and we had a great vacation, but I doubt we will return.

far too short but very sweet
Too short and sweet!! everthing about this hotel was amazing The food was 5* All the staff were super friendly rooms were spotless towels were big and fluffy we stayed in the preferred part of the hotel but it was All fantastic wherever you were staying! the pools were superb we had a butler his name was Wannes and he was fab nothing to much trouble ever he booked All our restaurants (even those you cant reserve!! joys of a butler i suppose) We booked a night out at the coco bongo through Amstar Wow!! is all i can say about that! I could literally go on for hours it was sooo good the people are so friendly nothing is ever too much trouble the barmen at showtime bar were fantastic alexander at the rendezvous was great all the food we ate and we ate in ALL the restaurants was fantastic great choice even in the so called standard buffet it was a spectacular amount of choice with meat being fresh cooked to order The beach is beautiful and white and well worth a walk to the jellyfish bar 20 mins away In short this was so good we got back on tues 8th oct and have already rebooked!!!
