Another perfect visit to paradise
This resort never disappoints. Check in and out without a glitch. Room was on the ocean with a sparkling pool near by. Restaurants were superb. Since we stayed for two weeks we were able to visit all the variety of offerings. My fifth time here and I will continue to visit. ❤️

Worst Resort Ever
This is a very old property. Mosquitos were everywhere. The room was full of mosquitos. The bathtub had mildew stain. The ceiling had water damage stains. The customer service desk staff was rude and didn't understand english (at least they act like they didn't). The food was horrible the drinks even worst. The reservation process for the supposedly better restaurants was not a process at all. They really need to treat the core of their mosquitos problem. They tell you don't drink the water but then don't want to give you bottled water. I will never stay at this property again. My advise don't stay here!!!

Terrible. Don’t stay here.
Mosquitos infested filthy rooms. It appears as if the room sits empty for long periods. Stains on bed sheets. Rusty shower knob falling off handle. I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here to my worst enemy. The kids area is cool. The food is mediocre. The alcohol is watered down. Don’t come here if you have food allergies. The dining hall is a serious case of cross contamination.

Love this place
It was a unique experience. Once you arrive, they make you feel welcome and take great care of you. They give you all the information you need. They are very friendly. I recommend it if you go with your family because it's a very safe place. I went alone and was scared at first, but as I said, when I arrived at Bahia Principe, they made me feel safe. I EANT YO GO BACK❤️
