Secrets Cap Cana is a 5 star resort. We were at the Preferred Club level. Philippe was our butler for the week. His attention to detail and responsiveness is second to none. Philippe provided a smooth check in and check out, secured our dinner reservation and problem solved any unforeseen issues. Secrets Cap Cana went above and beyond to ensure our stay was luxurious. Philippe made our vacation epic and next level. This vacation will be hard to top.

10 year anny trip!
Alexander made our stay FABULOUS! It was wonderful to see his smile each and it really set the tone for our trip! His willingness to help us was on another level. And he always did it with enthusiasm and true kindness. What a gem! Esperanza at the preferred pool was another gem of a human. She was so attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed seeing her and she always had a smile and made us laugh! The French restaurant was the BEST! with hibachi coming in second. It got a little hot to sit outside at night for dinner. Won’t lie. We had an asking time! Made memories and friends!

A friend and myself recently vacationed at Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic for a quick 3 night stay. First and foremost we felt welcomed and the room, bed sheets, bathroom were clean. There were several food options and they were all delicious. Our butler was Alexis and he was very professional, helpful, and met all our needs. We had several waiters at the restaurants but it was always a pleasure to see Jesus at El Patio and Masiel at Oceana. Rihanna and Elizabeth with the entertainment staff kept us busy with fun activities and were a joy to be around. Carlos by the poll area was super helpful and made us feel comfortable. Bartenders Benito and Jose by the pool made the best drinks and waitress Zuniga by the preferred pool was super sweet and attentive. Hector at the gym gave the most relaxing stretch after a hard workout. Everyone greeted us like family and we wished we could stay longer. We will definitely return!!

Secrets Cap Cana stole our hearts!
Absolutely amazing! We went to Secrets Cap Cana for our honeymoon and we plan to return for our one year anniversary. We had preferred service and our butler, Carlos, was absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to make our stay a once-in-a-lifetime experience and was quick to restpond whenever we had a request. He greeted us every morning and made us feel like family. In fact, everyone at the resort goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and made the experience exceptional. We were there one week and it was hard to leave. The accommodations were so comfortable and clean. Room was cleaned every day and we had preferred service which included turn down service, which was a nice touch. Food was phenominal! So healthy and perfect sized portions with a lot of variety. I could go on and on, as everything was perfect; beach, swimming pool, drinks, service, etc. Cannot wait to go back!

First trip to DR and it was GREAT
First trip to the DR and to Secrets Cap Cana. From start to finish it was a great experience AND we will go back! Clean, beautiful grounds. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in a Preferred Swim up. Extremely clean rooms. Our butler Matiel Reyes was amazing! He kept us informed of all daily activities, checked on us multiple times a day, even while out on the beach. Made reservations and pampered us! Such a great experience! The beach was great. Maria, Xiomara and Madelyn were wonderful on the beach. Rosewater by the pool was great for breakfast and lunch. All staff at Rosewater were great! This all inclusive resort is EXCELLENTE!!
