Very fun, relaxing get away. They took great care of all of us. Food was great and service was even better. The beach was clean and had plenty of seat available daily for hotel guests to use. There is a bar and staff to serve you on the beach. The pool was fun with many activities going on with friendly staff and service. The hotel was very clean and the service and food were great.

Could’ve stayed forever!
We had such a great experience! We stayed in the preferred club and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was so nice and helpful, and made us feel really special. It was absolutely gorgeous too!! The food was only ok, except for the breakfast which was really great. The frozen mixed drinks did have an artificial taste which was disappointing, except for the drinks at Rosewater and the beach bar. But everything else was so top notch it made the two not terrific things seem small. Definitely recommend getting a private cabana for the day. It was an extra $200 but worth every penny. We will definitely be going back!!

Wonderful!
A really great and fun all-inclusive, I plan to come back again! Pools and beach are clean with drinks or food easily accessible. Rooms are a good size with comfortable mattresses, there was a hot tub on the deck but we forgot to use it, we'll absolutely do that when we come back.

The service around the pool and bar areas was exceptional. Beautiful resort with outstanding service and amenities. Food was exceptional compared to other resorts I have experienced. If we had any type of issue, the staff quickly and accurately took care of the matter.

BEST VACATION EVER!
This was our first trip to Secrets Cap Cana and won’t be the last! What makes this place so amazing are the employees! They do everything with a smile on their face and are so genuinely happy to take care of you so you can just relax! Our butler, Darling was wonderful. Anything we needed he was all over it and he would come find us every day to check in and see if we needed anything. Francisco, at the preferred pool bar, had an instant bromance with my husband and I fell in love with Esperanza and all the girls at the preferred pool! I wish I could remember all their names. The towel girls are the sweetest ever! The food was wonderful and we didn’t even make it to all the restaurants. They will make you any drink you can think of. It was the absolute best vacation ever and we are going back next year!
