May 12, 2025Zoetry Punta Cana - Excellent small, friendly and tranquil resort
Staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent food both at the pizza station, lunch buffets and restaurants. Slight downside was only one bar open in the evening near the lobby, and not very many places to sit comfortably. Another bar at the other end of the complex would be a bonus but this hasn't put us off returning.

Peaceful retreat
Absolutely beautiful place to stay. It was not crowded and most of the time we felt as if we were one of only a handful of people on the property. Staff was very friendly and the food was great. A very quiet and peaceful experience. This is not a great place for younger kids as there is not much for them to do but if you are looking for a peaceful get a way this is absolutely the place to go.

The perfect low-key all-inclusive!
Went with my boyfriend in May and we absolutely LOVED it here! We wanted a more low-key vacation (wanted to sip cocktails on the beach and have a few night caps after dinner at the bar, but weren’t looking to go out to clubs or pool parties or anything like that) so we decided to pick this resort for its focus on wellness and relaxation. My expectations were already pretty high based off its other positive reviews but they were still exceeded. The food and drinks exceeded my expectations, the beach was beautiful, and the resort never felt crowded. For the price point, we were treated so special from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I absolutely would come back if ever traveling back to Punta Cana and would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to go somewhere tropical with your significant other and want to truly relax and unwind!

Right Sized Resort For Us
Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana was the right-sized resort for us! My husband and I stayed Wednesday, April 30 - Monday May 5, 2025, and had an amazing time! We have little interest in organized activities, or even in the spa services; our prime goal and interest is to enjoy the beach, pools, and tropical environment, and we absolutely did! The resort has 92 rooms and the outdoor facilities are perfectly equipped and set up for their maximum capacity. We loved the smaller resort feel, it was cozy, comfortable, yet expansive enough to not feel crammed. The architectural style and design of the buildings and rooms felt natural with the surroundings and gave an authentic impression. The appearance and atmosphere of the beach, ocean, pools, and grounds was beautiful! The beach was well equipped with lounges, many with shade canopies that were ideally situated throughout the beach area, with plenty for anyone wanting one. Pool/beach towels were abundantly available and never ran out. The pools were wonderful and refreshing, the pool bar, excellent, there was beach service, and everything was clean and well maintained. We were thrilled with the primarily older ages of the guests (most were 50’s-70’s with a small number in their 30’s and 40’s), and this made our stay even more comfortable to be surrounded by those in our general age range. The level of personalization and attention to each guest was outstanding! Two names we’d like to give a shout out to, Johan who was our concierge (each guest room is assigned a personal concierge), and Sory, one of the waitresses at the resort. Johan was a warm and friendly person who was full of information, suggestions, and absolutely made our stay more personal and enjoyable. All the wait staff at the restaurants were excellent yet Sory stood out with her exuberance, joy, personality, and truly a love for people. One suggestion we have is to open a bar/refreshment area at the beach; the one at the main pool is not really enough, despite wait staff service on the beach. Our only disappointment was the food. Pros: a tremendous amount of delicious, fresh fruit available, no reservations needed in the restaurants, no restaurant ever felt too crowded, and there was a good variety of food choices. Cons: while a couple of the meals were excellent, for the most part, the food tasted underwhelming. However, with our overall resort trip experience here being outstanding, we highly recommend Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana, especially for the older crowd who like us, is looking to enjoy the tropical environment and relax, without too much else going on. Peace and tranquillity
From the staff to the landscaping it was all wonderful. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, and for some peace and quiet. There is still plenty of activities but because it has less than 100 rooms it still feels intimate and a small piece of paradise. The food here was very enjoyable as well as the menus changed
