Wow Wow Wow/ Never felt so relaxed after coming home!!!
If your looking to truly relax like we were, this is a amazing place with an amazing staff that makes you feel at home ..We were there the week of June 10th for my bday and wow did they make me feel welcomed and special. They went all out and allowed me to sit in there cold wine room with my wife to have dinner and made me a mini round cake, not a piece!!! And actual cake!!! I want to give kudos/amazing job to Alberto Vanenzula, José our concierge rep, Juana our maid, Yellin- Indigo Host,Joel Mendez- at the lobby bar( He strives to put a smile on your face),Eliezer Alfonso, Juan Carlos(Camamero) wowwowowowow to Juan, I've never received this type of attention and attention to detail and promptness( He needs to be promoted to a coach and teach others hospitality),Executive chef Staylyn Rodriguez(My brother all the dinning touches you did for my bday and for my wife and I) God bless you!!!, Santiago-somier....Appreciate you all and thank you for an amazing trip!!!!! We will be back after your renovation and to top it off they served good top shelf liquor and not the low grade stuff ..

Could never be replicated!
We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect blend of relaxation and rest combined with the excitement of a couple of excursions. When we took the shuttle back stopping to drop off others at their resorts, it made us even more appreciative of the tranquil and quiet Zoetry. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and we had so much space to ourselves. It was beyond perfection!

Excellent experience at Zoetry Agua
Excellent experience at Zoetry Agua - The resort felt very personal, spacious and calming Beyond morning yoga, spa treatments and gym time we participated in very few organized activities, which suited us well. The cocktails and food were well beyond our expectations. With a large and welcoming staff, we felt cared for and had the opportunity to truly relax.

Zoetry Agua was Excellent
Our Concierge/Butler Luis Was exceptional, always going above and beyond. Elizabeth the Front Desk Manager, provided us an Upgraded room and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The Sommelier Santiago treated us well and helped provide us with great wine experiences. Pool Bar Servers Daniel, Gabriel, Willa and Nathalia were hospitable and very personable. Our House Keeper Julianne Viera met all of our daily needs and more. The Spa Masseuse Santa was amazing and would recommend daily. Because of this wonderful experience at Zoetry Aqua including special dinners and treatments, we have plans to return for our 45th Anniversary in May 2026. We are excited to sell all of the new improvements

Holiday nightmare as Zoetry cancelled our holiday with only two weeks notice
Didn’t stay at the resort (although wanted to) but our holiday experience having booked at Zoetry Agua entailed stress and disappointment after the hotel cancelled our two week stay with only two weeks notice due to renovations. this wasn’t an overrun of a project - it was to start, but shouldn’t the start date be managed so that if you do need to cancel you give more notice to impacted customers than just 2 weeks?
