Amazing stay
We just wrapped up our two-week stay at Riverside, and we had an amazing time. The room was perfect for two adults, but it could comfortably accommodate two adults and three children, with two double beds and one single bed. The room was cleaned every other day, with beds made and towels changed, and hot drinks were replenished at the same time. We stayed in the Gator Bayou area, Room 16, with a pool view, which was conveniently located within walking distance to everything. The pool was right outside our building, and it was the quietest one on the property. If you're looking for a more peaceful pool experience, this is probably the best option for you. The food court offered a variety of choices, but if you're on Quick or Full Disney Dining, I recommend driving to other resorts for a change of scenery and different food options, as Riverside can get a bit repetitive. We noticed that the food court was busiest after 8:30 a.m. The staff were always available to help or answer any questions we had, and we found that the bus rides to the parks were short—never waiting more than 10 minutes for a bus. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Nice place but more signs needed parking lot side.
Our room was comfortable and bathroom was pretty spacious. Getting to our room from the parking lot the first day was a nightmare and getting to the bus stop the first time. I regret going directly to room and not stopping by the lobby to get cast to show us things on a map that is big enough to see. After second day , we figured things out. There are signs side by the river that are clear and easy to follow. The parking lot side hardly any signs. The staff were very nice. The boat was a long wait. The bus is faster. A trip to sister resort for beignets was great.

Mouse hotel needs assistance
Not worth the price. Cons: Weak shower, slow to clogged drain, tv remote not working, phone not working, Room lights pretty dim, housekeeping every other day and not that much done when there. Dining hall food was just fair to ok. Friendly cast members but not knowledable about schedules. 1st fl. noisy at nights. Pros: Bed and pillows were nice.

The mouse needs some help.
Expensive for what you get. With a big group and almost all had a problem in room. Shower very weak. Drain very slow and eventually stopped draining last day there. Housekeeping only available every other day. In other rooms tv and or remote not working, no phone service available in room.

Royal Guest Room Stay
We stayed two nights in the Royal Guest Room 9250 which is a corner room with two sided windows on the second floor of the Oak Manor Building 90 This room is like no other in Disney with its light up headboard at the push of a button, princess framed artwork on the walls, and other magical tasteful touches it fits the 5 year old demographic pretty perfectly. This room is also an older style room that hasn't been renovated yet. There is no under bed storage, It still has a mini fridge as opposed to a beverage cooler, serial ports to connect your laptop as well an RCA port to connect your...PlayStation 2? There is virtually no plugs in the room as well as no usb ports. The side table in between the beds has been beat up and the backboard is broken. It was quite bright at night trying to keep light out of the dual wall windows was a challenge. The resort is setup as motel with access via the outside. The grounds are immaculate and were quite clean. Overall, for a longer stay you probably better off with a renovated room, but for your princess loving 5 year old they will never be bored of it.
