Amazing hotel
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room had the best view of Waikiki beach. The staff and service was one of the best we have had. Reception provided us a wonderful welcome. Valet, luggage, front desk all were very helpful every time. The suite had all the amenities for our stay.

Great Family-Friendly Stay with Stunning Views, but Room Facilities Could Use an Update
The hotel is an excellent choice for family trips, especially for those traveling with young children and seniors. The views from the higher floors are impressive (I stayed on the 22nd floor). The staff is welcoming, and valet parking is theoretically free, which is a great benefit given the hotel's prime location near Waikiki Beach. The beach is easily accessible, just across the street. The kitchen is well-equipped with nearly everything you might need, including a rice cooker and even six complimentary cans of juice! However, some aspects of the room facilities are outdated, such as the air conditioning and bathroom fixtures. Additionally, the walls are not very soundproof, which can be an issue with noise.

Great for families!
This hotel was great. We bought through Costco which took care of resort fees. We had a 2 bedroom ocean room and stayed 5 nights. The service was phenomenal, upon check in we were offered oshibori and POG juice as well as leis. My toddler was so tickled by getting lei'd and was thrilled to receive beach toys. We noted we were celebrating an anniversary and retirements, and we got a mini champagne and box of chocolates as well as aluminum water bottles, a Coola reef safe sunscreen kit and a very nice beach bag. The cleaning service was also so great, they came every day and made sure we had clean towels and cleaned all areas. Valet service was also perfect, super quick, friendly and attentive. The room was very spacious and the view was mostly nice, we stayed on the 19th floor and had the ocean in front but the other condos blocked some of the view. The construction had been delayed and we had no access to the pools, the keiki pool, bbq grills, etc. There was also construction right above us that was very noisy on our last day so we were glad to be leaving. The Master bed was super comfortable and we had the other twin beds pushed together but our toddler kept falling in between and it wasn't that comfortable. The sofa bed was abysmal, and I'd not subject anyone to sleeping there, the mattress sagged severely in the middle and was very very loud. The AC worked, but it was uneven, the room was difficult to get right, mostly freezing cold or we just let it come to room temp. The kitchen is a full one but was mostly nice but every pan was scratched and they had salt/pepper upon request but no oil. I'd recommend buying a cheap pan to use only there if you come. Washer and dryer was very useful and worked well. The location is very convenient with the ocean just one street away, and a very nice gentle one at that. There are so many restaurants and stores and so much to do you'd never have to leave the area. Overall, we'd stay again.

Best Views - Highly Recommend
Booked Premium Ocean front 2 bedroom suite and it was so worth it from the nice decor to the best view ever and the super convenient location! Washer and dryer came in handy traveling with family and kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. Super friendly staff, cleanliness A+ and felt super safe. Pool currently under construction but who needs a pool when you have a beautiful beach literally across the street …there is a very nice , short, covered walk way with outdoor shower to wash off sand that leads almost directly to beach. Highly recommend and Would absolutely come back!

Highly recommend the best residence hotel in Waikiki.
I have visited Honolulu multiple times and stayed at many residences in Waikiki, but this is by far the most satisfying hotel. The beach is close, the rooms are comfortable, and the view is indescribably beautiful. The hotel seems to be very well-maintained, thanks to the dedicated care of many staff members. The process of valet parking is smooth and convenient. I was especially pleased with the check-in experience, and I am sincerely grateful to Mrs. Yumi for her seamless assistance. My family was so satisfied that we've decided to make this our go-to place whenever we visit Waikiki in the future. I highly recommend this residence-style accommodation to anyone looking for a place in Waikiki!
