This was a long time needed family vacation. The atmosphere of the resort was laid back and enjoyable from our concierge Luis who was available at all times for what we needed, Leiddy the hostess of Indigo who greeted us with a smile each morning at breakfast to Gilberto who made us feel at home. The nightly entertainment, especially the circus, we amazing. The poolside classes including spin with Jason and cigar rolling, Spanish and dance classes with Gilberto gave us an enjoyable reprieve from the sun. We utilized our massages, horseback riding and water sports (paddle boarding and kayaking). My sister even went offshore for scuba. The food did not disappoint either. All and all, a great quiet destination where everyone makes you feel like home.

Family vaca
We stayed at Zoëtry for my mothers retirement..The staff and employees all made the experience excellanto!!! From making you feel welcomed to taking care of anything you could think the trip,was perfect…Emmanuel Cruz was helped with our daily activities and helped learn the culture taught us a lil Spanish and catered to our every need..once ina lifetime trip and would not hesitate to go back…

Exceptional Service
We just returned from this resort and it’s absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning, no seaweed. Service is exceptional and the food was very good. Special shout outs to Alejandra and Cesar for their excellent beach service, room service Jordan and Juan Carlo and our concierge Wiris for his attentiveness to our requests. We have been to many resorts and this is our new favorite very quiet and relaxing.

Great Boutique Hotel- With Epic Service
The room is unique and very clean. The staff tidies up the room several times a day and it’s so great. We really enjoyed the essential oils under the pillow. That was amazing. The smell wasn’t overpowering, it was nice. The resort is well taken care of. There are plenty of places to sit on the beach. It wasn’t crowded here at all. We really enjoyed meeting new people every night. The activities were incredible here. There was always something to do.

Zoetry Punta Cana - Excellent small, friendly and tranquil resort
Staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent food both at the pizza station, lunch buffets and restaurants. Slight downside was only one bar open in the evening near the lobby, and not very many places to sit comfortably. Another bar at the other end of the complex would be a bonus but this hasn't put us off returning.
