    Carlos Sanchez is Amazing!

    I had an amazing time at this resort. Beautiful pools and access to a wonderful beach. The food is awesome and so are all the staff especially the bartender Carlos Sanchez who made amazing drinks and was super sweet! I would definitely be back soon!!

    This is the only resort you should stay at

    Hands down the best resort we have stayed at. Excellent food, service and activities. The staff was accommodating and every restaurant on the property had excellent food. They are very good with accommodating allergies.

    Clean rooms and lovely pool area, we enjoyed the Hyatt Regency! The fitness centers, spa, and pools were absolute highlights. The beach, while clean, offered a bit to be desired. The Hyatt's location means swimmers are subject to a lot of seaweed. I'd prefer they keep this here and not disturb the natural habitat, but it did make swimming in the pool more appealing. The staff was lovely! The food was totally fine, though I'd recommend visiting Old San Juan for better options.

    Beautiful location, great experience and very accommodating for families. We were very close to El Yunque.

    Wuangerly was the best poolside server at the resort. Most relaxing experience we have had and the everything we needed was attended to.
