    Will not stay here again

    Elevators did not operate properly. it skipped floors & had people waiting up to 20 minutes. All the elevators. Extremely frustrating! No hot tub; pool closed at 7pm; SELF parking was $45 a day; no valet parking. No room service; no assistance to room with luggage; room was very small. Products in bathroom were "manly" smelling (some kind of wood). Other hotels here offer spa quality toiletries. For the amount paid & resort fees this was NOT worth the money I spent. Room was clean & beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

    Don’t stay here

    In all my years, the worst hotel. Noisy all day and night. We were on the 23rd floor, heard nothing but sirens, back up beepers, and late night clubs. Walls are paper thin. Elevators, don’t get me started.. we had to take the service elevators more than the regular. Lots of past reviews, same problems with elevators, but no one working on them. Staff was great rooms clean? But didn’t get much sleep.

    Whoever rated this a 3 star did not stay here!

    It was rated a 3 star, but I disagree , A 4 or 5 star at minimum! We stayed 5 days and it was one of the best Marriott hotels we have ever stayed in (over 150 different Marriott's). The Location was perfect, only steps from Waikiki, only steps from the International Market Mall, the restaurants were very very good, the staff was very friendly, the hotel extras were great. My wife took hula lessons!, We enjoyed an Hawaiian story time, and the pool was outstanding. We will definitely stay there again!!!

    Awful experience after all...

    Rude staff at the bar. Getting breakfast to go was the worst experience ever. Never have I experienced such a rude and nasty service as a guest at the hotel. One particular server, Shanna, has spoiled our stay by being completely unreasonable, argumentative about the amount of milk I can have and not apologizing for her behavior. The argument was just ridiculous! What a disappointment after all 👎. Staff need better training on accommodating and how to make guests welcome.

    Great location, nice accommodation, standard amentities

    This is a no fuss limited amenity hotel. Basic food service,one bar by the pool with unfortunately service rating from poor to quite good. Shouldn't be that far apart, particularly when we were there it was not anywhere near capacity. The real positives though was the location, cleanliness, wonderful comfy beds and pillows and the reception staff. Pool was very refreshing, but oddly designed with a very small "shallow" area. Overall I would give the establishment 3.5 stars.
