First off , I’d like to say , after spending hours reading all these reviews, a lot are misleading and false.. Take my word as a legitimate review. When we got here (1pm)we got greated by a host with warm towels which was nice , brought us upstairs and gaves us drinks while we wait for our room. The lady at the front desk proceed by telling us it was 100 US if we wanted our room right away or if we waited till 3pm it was free. So by choice we said no, 5 minutes later she decided to get us a room for free (weird). We got brought up to the room and the ceiling was leaking/sweaty. The bellman radioed the manager and brought us back down , when we got to the front desk he was really nice and gave us a better view and nicer room to compensate. I read a lot of reviews about people complaining about the upselling , but what does people don’t tell you is that they are weak and can’t just say no to the start of someone bugging them. So then they complain about it. Party wise , hotel lacks of things to do at night , shows are boring .. this is more of a relax hotel then party . The hotel is very clean and has lots of arts in it I’ve also seen people complaining about the locals sharing the beach with the residents of the hotel but honestly they were all nice people and never begged or bugged anyone. I haven’t got bugged on the beach once’s to buy cigars or tours.. that was nice. Only thing that was annoying about this resort is when you go to exit either on the beach or in the front you have to give your name and room number since they run a no bracelet system.. they stop you every single time.. Also elevator has a lot of leds and mirrors , for some people I feel like it can promote dizzyness Food 10/10 Room 10/10 Room service 10/10 Hotel cleaness 10/10 Hotel staff 10/10 Cons : Same music playlist every day Having to give your room number everytime you enter or leave the resort Having to call for bathrobe everyday Party life is next to none, more of a relax resort .. no foam parties or any sort at the pool Pool needs more chairs , lots of people left without chairs because people put there towels and end up never sitting on the chair

Accommodations in overall cleanliness of the resort is awesome. The friendliness of the staff is overall very good. Had problems with having to wait 2+ hours for restaurants that weren't ready to accommodate their guests. They closed things early. They opened things later than signs on the doors said. We had inclement weather and they had no real Replacements for the entertainment sources. The entertainments were listed by name only and did not describe any of the events to be expected or what type of activity was presented so you had to go all the way there. You would get dressed and go to dinner and they would tell you it was two hours later to come back so then you were kind of stuck And you had to waste two hours. They refuse to give paper menus and said that phones could be used for the QR code. We went on vacation to a resort to get away from having to be tied to our phones one Restaurant refused totally paper menus and two others only gave us one per the whole group. The limited availability of restaurant openings was problematic. The resort shops is a joke. They had a total of two swimsuits styles and two cover-up styles available and hardly anything worthy of buying to remember vacation or to use. Our luggage was lost for a day or two, and we could not buy anything to replace our beach and resort where because it wasn't available at the resort shop. The base water is OK but not very pretty compared to half a mile up to lagoon. we had a lot of brackish black water, even though the beach sands were white. The pools are really nice. The bar staff is good incompetent, but we would not go back to this resort. There are plenty of them out there that are much Better and you provide better service to the guest.

High quality and relaxing stay
Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. It is true that not all restaurant are opened every day, but you will find a lot of options each day. They are multiple bars with great alcohol options. The service was very fast and very friendly. A special thanks to Lupita at the Spoon restaurant who offered an excellent service, very attentive, polite and she was lighting up our days! The pools are nice and there is a variety of activities and shows every day. Still it is not too crowded or over partying. It is true that the music can be loud at night they they end it at 11pm which is very raisonnable. If you are a earlier sleeper, bring earplugs. On the down side, it is true that the beach is very limited, but it is clean and calm. It is also true that the water in the shower smells bad (like algae) and the hotel could improve that with I guess a better filtering system. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not very good
Was far from romantic. Or exclusive. Or nice. It seemed to be all about instagram pics and thumping music. Nobody dancing and no other options at night. Beach was a joke. Too many people that we thought were hotel staff trying to sell us time shares. Didn’t know who worked at hotel and who was selling. Very frustrating. Wanted a quiet, relaxing, romantic vacation. Got a party hotel for young adults.

Would recommend for the shower alone!
We loved this place. Super chill with great house vibes all day long. Emi was rad at the roof top bar all weekend and Martin was perfection with the Italian restaurant representation and service. Would recommend. And since I have 23 characters left in my recommendation, I would say that the shower alone is worth the price of admission. Martin a picture Online buddy
