    Relaxing, Beautiful Experience

    What a beautiful resort! Accommodations were lovely, the resort was clean and well-kept, and the beach view was amazing. We enjoyed the spa and the luau and enjoyed tasty meals and drinks. The location is also optimal as it is close to many other great restaurants and beaches. We had a fun and relaxing and trip. Mahalo!

    good times

    I liked the good quick beach access and not overly crowded when we got there. Had a good time with family and the free trolley to the other resorts and the whalers village was great.

    Disappointing Stay Due to Wood-Boring Beetles

    Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We discovered wood-boring beetles—pests known for damaging wood—inside our room, specifically in a drawer right next to our children’s clothing. We immediately notified the staff, who did move us to a different room. However, the response felt inadequate given the seriousness of the situation and the potential risk of these beetles infesting our belongings and home. What concerned us even more was that the staff did not seem surprised by our report, which suggested to us that this might be a recurring issue that hasn’t been effectively addressed by the hotel. Although the location itself is beautiful, this incident overshadowed our entire stay and made it impossible for us to relax or enjoy our time there. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

    Perfect Getaway!

    The hotel is charming, clean and quiet! Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating to guests. Especially Cara at the restaurant, she was so polite and helpful when it came to helping us with our vegan foods. I loved my stay! I would definitely recommend and choose this property again!

    Could not be more beautiful!

    The Royal Lahaina resort is a lovely complex! Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful grounds. Lovely staff. Nice amenitites. Highly recommend!
