My first time at a Riu hotel and was completely satisfied. I will definitely plan another vacation at a Riu in the future!

We were looking for all inclusive and adults only, and this hotel surpassed our expectations. Food was great which surprised us for an all inclusive. Very fresh and many options. Four on-site restaurants for dinner in addition to the main buffet. Found the resort to be very clean and staff friendly. Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable and our view was nice. The hotel could use one more bar in the evening with more of a chill vibe, an atm, and a decent gift shop in my opinion. The entire trip was a great value.

Amazing Vacation!
This was our first time to RIU Palace Paradise Island. I read several reviews....but don't listen to them! The hotel was beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the hotel was immaculate! There was always someone cleaning or mopping. They even had someone sweeping the sand off of the stairs outside on the way to the beach. We were in room 1030 frontal ocean view and it was perfect! The buffet was fantastic! So many choices!! The jerk chicken by the pool is the best I've ever had. The only restaurant we ate at was the steakhouse and it was delicious! The beach is the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. My favorite drink was their pina colada....so yummy! Entertainment was great! Karaoke on Sunday night and a Michael Jackson tribute on Monday night. They had bands playing the other nights along with bingo. They also had activities by the pool. Just so much fun!! We met people from all over and of all ages from 20s to 70s. It has something for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel...you will not be disappointed.

My stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island
The staff was nice and food was excellent. The beach was nice also. The only thing I didn't like was the location. There was'nt a convient shopping area near by. Yes there were some stores after a mile of walking, but nothing like was expecting.
