We really enjoyed staying at this resort. It is beautifully landscaped and very clean. The food is delicious, no matter what restaurant you go to. The drinks are very good as well. The service met our expectations. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Mother / Daughter Beach Vacation
Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana - All Inclusive My daughter and I did a Mother / Daughter trip to Punta Cana for the week of May 3-10. It was a short drive from the airport to the resort. Amstar was our transport. They were friendly. The only hiccup was the man told us to go out and walk down the sidewalk and go to a specific bus number. We went down the sidewalk and at the opening of the walkway was that bus. No one was there. Another man approached us to go with him. I knew not to do that. Then another airport staff member approached us and directed us to an amstar man in the bus lot. He even went so far to walk us to him. Turned out there was more than one bus with that number. The driver was delightful and got us to our destination safely. We had a wonderful trip! Everything at the resort was perfect. We especially had an amazing time during our *Relaxation* spa treatment. We did that at the beginning of our trip, and it set us up to really relax, unwind and enjoy our much needed vacation. The spa staff was wonderful! From the moment we met the lobby staff who greeted us, set up our activities and dinner reservations we knew we were going to enjoy the resort. The restaurants were amazing. We tried all of them. We usually went at 5:30 and got in right away. The portions were great and so delicious. We often had to skip dessert as we were so full. The wait staff very attentive and enjoyable to talk to. We especially loved the Bordeaux restaurant. It is relaxing. Not stuffy as some people seemed afraid to try it because of description of the restaurant. Please try it! Go beach dressy. They surprised me with a birthday cake when we said the trip was also celebrating my turning 60. I will cherish that night. On the beach, we ate at the grill everyday. There you will find a wonderful cook named Sexi. Sexi has a great personality. He can get people out of their shell and enjoy their trip. Let me tell you that there were a few that seemed uptight and unfriendly, but he had them smiling before long. And, he does make a sexy great tasting cheeseburger! The resort overall was the best resort of my four trips to Punta Cana. The drinks were great, of course the bartenders and servers were top notch. Beautiful Stephanie was usually our server during the evening in the main lobby. She was very welcoming and attentive from the get go. She was so good to us and we felt like we were family. On the beach, there was Juan. I loved his margaritas. My daughter, Jasmine, says, “Juan made the best caipirinha. I had during my stay at Secrets! And I had a lot!” The general hotel service was excellent. Everyone was friendly that passed us on our daily travels all over the resort. Our room was always clean and stocked. Especially with bottled water. The pools are fantastic. You have several choices depending on your mood. The relaxation pool is nice if you want a more chill experience. The main pools are more lively and are connected with a small separate to the pool that has the swim up bar. The DJ always played great tunes. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas! Plus if you are up for it, you can participate in pool activities. This brings in Flower and J Frezze (not sure of spelling). These two are amazing. Flower, who is not only beautiful, has a fun and spirited personality. She is a great dancer and can get you off your chair and dancing. So fun! J. Frezze. Well J is one exceptionally amazing young man. He is probably one of the hardest workers at the resort. From his work at the pool during the day to working in the main room during showtimes in the evening. Every day I watched him work his magic to get people off their chairs and into the water for some fun light aerobics or other fun activities. That is a hard job. But he did it every day and with such enthusiasm. My daughter asked him to teach me a few dance moves one night. I was thrilled to dance with such a young and handsome man. J is a great dancer. Sexy too! It was a beautiful resort and we would highly recommend!

May 14, 2025Food in Buffet not hot all week of health concern
The buffet had a large selection including salads fruit dessert. At every meal, the hot foods were only warm at best or mostly cold except for soup. At breakfast there was a chef cooking omelets so we chose that option each day with toast but for safetys sake didnt pick up any hashbrowns sausage beans etc as-all not a safe temperature. Fortunately the main evening meals we could go to one of the many restaurants. Unfortunately at breakfast and lunch the restaurants were closed except to preferred customers only who paid a lot extra so non preferred guests the buffet was the only breakfast option, except room service but that is delivered from breakfast buffet food so not really an option. We spoke to the buffet manager at the beginning of the week and showed him our cold dinner. He apologized and said they would look into and another staff member mid week but nothing changed. The restaurants in the evenings were all exceptionally good. When we got back we reported it to the resort and they replied that an investigation had taken place and everything was according to required standards and always subject to statutory inspections. I know when I get cold or warm food on my plate. It sits there from 7.00 am till 10.30 which is fine if it's kept to temperature. We we t over to dreams next door but their buffet was much smaller than secrets. The resort was very clean staff were helpful. The beach and pools were nice. The beach was cleaned by a sargassum machine daily which made it cleaner. The dreams side the seaweed machine didn't go over there so when you walked along the beach you could see a big difference that the dreams side was full of seaweed and it's for families with children so you would think they would look after that. We enjoyed our vacation determined to make the best of it but would like people to know an important health issue that we felt we should share.

Great place to stay
Great place to visit, Beautiful place with beautiful people Olio restaurant was fantastic The beach is very beautiful and clean, the weather was perfect every day. Bar staff / restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming Rooms and clean staff were excellent Beds as extremely comfortable

Amazing all-inclusive with the best staff you will find
This was our 7th time (I believe ) visiting SRB, and we always have an absolutely amazing time. This is because of the amazing staff. Every single person is genuinely happy to see you return, and goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent time. I would like to specifically mention Darling, Humberto, Julio, Cesar, Fanny, Daniella, and Rosa. It is because of them we will keep coming back. We tried Tides, and while the facilities were nicer, we didn’t feel like we were at home. And at SRB, because of the people, we do. I really can’t say enough good things about the staff at this resort. Everyone at Olio is absolutely amazing, and I do mean everyone, and we love beginning our day there. We never have a bad meal and the drinks are awesome. I highly recommend SRB!!
