The staff was incredible and it was not overly crowded. October is the perfect time of year to go. The food is great with a wide selection. Everyone found something to enjoy. The resort upgraded our rooms and all did a great job to ensure we had a “Dream” vacation.

Customer service saves this resort!
The employees are what make this resort great. Specifically Adalberto and Deysi. These two give the best customer service of any resort I've ever been to. Adalberto makes the most amazingly crafted boozy beverages. Honestly we had great service from every employee we encountered. We chose this resort as its smaller than others we have been to, and thought we would just enjoy a week of relaxing. I don't think we would stay here again, as there were some challenges (leaking roof in restaurants, lobby and even our patio). The food options were average, nothing special. Hotel grounds definitely need some upkeep. But we are very thankful to the amazing staff that really work hard to make you happy.

Definitely worth the trip!
We love it here! First time here and we love it. Erick, Emmanuel, Alma, Miguel are awesome. We love the preferred club with our swim out room. Can’t wait to come back and see them again. These guys are always on top of things and make the best drinks.

20th Anniversary Trip!
A great time!! The staff that was helping us the most was Julian, Bradley, Oscar, Paulina, Romeo, William and Armando! It was like having a private staff! This is our second trip here and we will be back!! We were here last year for our daughter’s wedding and decided to come back this year for our 20th anniversary!

Amazing cocktails in the lobby area, even better than all other bars and preferred lounge. Would say the only let down would be how flat the evenings are and the lack of food options and portion size. Last few nights decided to eat outside of the hotel. Quality was good, quantity wasn't. However I must say the staff make this for this hotel, always friendly, very accommodating and always a smile on their faces. Location is spot on. Lovely and clean hotel. Sadly I've decided not to return to this particular resort but will still try other Dreams/Now/Secret resorts.
