Terrible, rusted rooms, rude staff
What a terrible experience, I work for MGM and this hotel is not representing the SHOW mentality. Rooms had rust all over it, room phone did not work we had to use our cell phone to contact staff. No bell desk to assist with check in and room keys stopped working twice. Making us have to stand in line for 30 mins or more just to speak with someone about it. Save the money and book elsewhere.

Go elsewhere
No AC. Paid extra for the stay well room with air filter and it was outdated. The outlets didn’t work at all. Overall you get what you pay for.

Nice budget friendly
This hotel has been around since 1990 and has been updated properly throughout the years. It offers nice Strip view, basic remodeled rooms, ours even containing a mini refrigerator which is rare for a Strip hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The entertainment system not so nice, so if you want to watch tv, probably go elsewhere. The AC unit is noisy but works well. You have access to four good sized pools with a pleasant atmosphere. The casino is fun and has a lot of energy with a great selection of slot machines. For a budget conscience person, Excalibur offers great value for the money.
