Spacious but not luxurious
spacious rooms but no room/bathroom amenities, no coffee. Did not feel the luxury I was expecting. Bathroom large size but shower pressure very low and was told they have to keep it that way to service 4000 rooms! Generally the staff was not very friendly in person.

There is room to improve!!!
The "Bellagio" experience is, or may have already lost its luster and prestige... with that, of the other hotels on the strip, the Bellagio has the best opportunity to regain its prestige and reputation.

Not my cup of tea
The Bellagio might be great for some, but not my cup of tea. Things I liked: Our room was very nice overall. I enjoyed the conservatory, the beautiful Chihuly lobby display, the fountains, and the location on the Strip. Things I didn't like: It's very crowded, very loud, and a bit snooty. The floorplan is super confusing, with restaurants and shops dotted here and there around the casino. There should be maps posted within the casino to make it easier to navigate. I'd prefer more casual, reasonably priced dining options as well, maybe in a food court. There's no in-room coffee maker. And although the air in our nonsmoking room was fine, the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't make use of the gambling areas, pool or the Cirque show.

A complete waste of time and good money-shame on them!
Completely disappointing. Bait and switch on room upgrade. They quote you one price and charge you much much more When you get there. Room services is non-existent . They are kings of lip service. They treat guest as an inconvenience. Shame on them. Don’t waste you money and certainly don’t waste your precious time.

Bellagio remains top tier, nothing bad to say
Good experience overall, from check in to check out the staff was great, wish the slots were a bit looser but Vegas wasn’t built on winners either! Poker action was good during my stay and I’m happy to return in the future!
