Each night of stay (with a fully paid resort fee) every guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include: Surfboards, Paddleboards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach Toys and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as Fitness Classes, Surf Lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.

    This is a 5 star resort??

    For a 5-star resort I expected more. I paid $1200+ for 2 queen sized beds and a partial beach view room. The lobby and common areas are the most up to date. The bathroom and bathtub were so outdated and the floor looked dirty from all the ware over the years. The bathroom was also very small and dimly lit. The pool and hot tub were nice but not nice enough for me to return.

    great place to stay in Waikiki

    The resort did not disappoint from the beautiful views to the amenities we enjoyed. Close to shopping, the beach, complimentary umbrellas and chairs, as well as the very cool rooftop bar/pool! Also had an excellent Italian meal on site. worth a look and a stay.

    Not recommended

    Stay was good, but not very good experience with breakfast. And very unprofessional with billing. Before I leave the Hotel I checked my bill and received email nil statement but after 1 week charged $ 144 and i called and reception said billing department contact me within 24 to 48 hours but it's 1 week now still waiting.

    Great Resort

    The resort was amazing. We loved the pool area. It conveniently located to beach and within walking distance to local restaurants. We stayed before our 7 days cruise around the islands. The concierge booked us a great luau at Ka Moana. Well worth it.

    Ok stay but not worth the money

    This is no where near a 5 star resort. We paid a lot for an ocean front room and it really did not meet my expectations or reflect value for money. The good points: location across road from beach, lovely views from ocean front room, good beds and pillows, generally clean, nice breakfast in Longboard Club. The bad points: the hotel and rooms are old and will never feel 5 star, the price for ocean front room is not worth it, not sure if you get value from Longboard Club so probably don’t bother, pool area is very windy, staff were not overly helpful or friendly, noisy on front road, a lot of homeless people around the area. I wanted an ocean view room but it was not worth the money - choose a hotel back from beach with a view that is more modern and a less expensive room.
