    I Had Higher Expectations

    It was borderline harassments for the "club" promotion. This is the hotel getting you to spend thousands of dollars to vacation there via a program. Sales rep was there at check in and all through out your stay asking you to sign up for a gift and 60 minutes of your time. The rooms were ok, the bathroom needed some more cleaning and could see black marks in between tiles. We were 4 in the room with a pull out bed and no bed linens/pillows were provided, we had to ask and they only brought sheets but the next day they added pillow and the works. The food was on most days salt! I like salt in my food, but it was overbearing. It took away from the taste. There should be more place to get food during the day, the Jerk Hut is open for a few hours and not everyone wants what they serve. I little snack area close to the pool and beach would be great. We had too many bars compare to eating areas.

    Hi i have sent various emails to the hotels asking for a transfer from the Norman Manley International Airport for us. There are 2 adults and 2 children (aged 14 and 12). What would be the return cost of the transfer? I have not received any response despite the numerous emails.

    Grand Palladium Jamaica 🇯🇲: the place to be!

    Although it is not in Montego Bay specifically, Grand Palladium Jamaica is a luxurious resort with various choices of restaurants and activities

    Great!

    Dermonique is my girl! She made the time worth staying! I want her here everytime I come! The food was authentic and so amazing! I’ve been eating since I been here. The guys have been very respectful and fun! The pool was fun and amazing. The club was a vibe! I’ll be back!

    Wonderful vacation experience

    The Palladium is a wonderful safe resort spot in Jamaica. The facility is well maintained and beautiful. There are plenty of activities for all age groups. There are several restaurants to chose from. The staff is wonderful and made us feel very special.
