May 14, 2025Experience was ok, but definitely could use improvement with sales.
Yenny was an amazing butler. Room cleanliness was good and the Diamond club was enjoyable. Room service was good and food was warm I'd like for them to explain more about the resort credits despite the numerous attempts for sales tactics which was not comforting.

Great resort. My son loved the pools as well as hitting the beach and swimming in the ocean. Lots of dining options and all were good, especially Hunter’s and Zen. Adonis the butler was great and was really helpful especially when it came to making dinner reservations for our group. Would definitely return!

What more can you ask for?
The resort was stunning, food and drinks were delicious and the beds were comfy. What more could you ask for? Well, a butler named Adonis. He was absolutely a gem and made our stay unforgettable. We were there for a wedding and he handled so many things to make it an incredible stay and even better wedding.

Attention at Royalton bavaro
I came to the Royalton Bavaro Resort for my wedding with my family and friends. Our butler, Freylin, has been absolutely amazing. He always goes above and beyond for me as well as each of my guests. This is my 2nd vacation with Freylin assisting us and I would hope to see him again in future vacations

Great location for a family vacation! Resort is amazing and the beach is perfect. Weather was great, sunny and hit.
Our stay was amazing! Honestly everyday was great. Weather and beach was perfect! Zero seaweed. Our hotel suite was amazing also. Our butler Delvis was great and Starling at the diamond club pool was fantastic! Make sure to search him out! Our family had a magnificent time!
