What an amazing hotel. I will start with the rooms they are spotless. Our cleaner did an amazing job her name was Edith what a creadit to the hotel. The only thing wouldn't say it hamperd our enjoyment of the room was the restocking of the mini bar we had to keep asking for water maybe they can make sure all rooms are restocked at least every other day. The food at Steak House Italian is beautiful. I can't comment on the Chinese restaurant as we didn't eat there. The buffet was really good. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had at a all inclusive. The coffee shop was lovely, nice coffee and doughnuts. The pools are fantastic and kept really clean. The staff at the pool bar are brilliant and also a creadit to the hotel. There were 2 members of staff that really stood out to us, Samuel he was so friendly, always smiling what an amazing man. Carlos, where do I start now he really made our stay so attentive, not just with us with all the guests, always smiling and chatting he even knew what our drinks were. We will definitely return to this hotel. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in cancun, but the roaylton chic more than anything because of the amazing staff they really do make this hotel what it is.

Beautiful hotel though definitely more a 4* then 5*. Highlight of hotel had to be the gorgeous pool and swim up bar, coffee house with i frequently frequented, and the close by paradise beach. The buffet was by far the best we have been to, and i felt the restaurants were a great addition, something different for all tastes. Half of our family were vegetarian and they never struggled with food options. Our suite was gorgeous and we paid extra for beach view and so pleased we did as morning sunrise was beautiful. Unfortunately there was a constant damp issue which seems to be a regular complaint. This meant unfortunately our bedding and clothes seems to have a constant dampness to them (9th floor), i got used to it but my husband never did. My son ordered a dehumidifier to his room (8th floor) which seemed to massively help, wish we had done the same. We decided not to pay extra for butler and so pleased we didn’t, we personally felt it was a complete waste of money. We sampled the roof top VIP bar / pool and didn’t return, far nicer / cleaner pool on ground floor. The foam party was just a twerking competition for the Americans. The bar and entertainment staff very friendly. The day time poolside entertainment excellent however evenings around the hotel very dull. Drinks definitely watered down so i suggest you request branded spirits. We were there during hurricane Helene, it caused a lot of damage and flooding of rooms. It thankfully didn’t affect us with being on beach side but other family members staying on opposite side had their balcony completely destroyed and other family members had their room completely flooded. Only after arguing and showing video footage did they get moved but the room being moved to hadn’t been checked and unfortunately was no better. Both couples resorted to mopping the flooded rooms themselves with a mop found in corridor as no show from staff at all during that day. I appreciate it was a difficult day for everyone as lack of staffing with staff unable to get in. This thankfully did not deflect from the beautiful time we all had at Royalton Chic

10/10 relaxation & party!!!
This place was SO great! Their staff was truly the best. So kind, so accommodating, and so attentive!everyday our room was cleaned, restocked with goodies, and refreshed. Went for a girls trip/bachelorette party & did the diamond club. Carlos was at the pool everyday meeting our every need! We did fitness classes in the pool/relaxing stretching to wake up. Ernesto, Sabrina, and Elena were the life of the party & brought such a good vibe to the day! it was relaxing, but also a party!! The roof top pool was a blast! food was great, they assist in getting reservations scheduled! The resort infirmary was also great with our friend who had a little accident and needed some mild assistance! Victor was our butler and he was so so kind & so helpful! couldn’t recommend the royalton chic more!

Great time
Lovely resort. Great property. First time in Mexico and we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and the view is amazing. Nice beach area with plenty of chairs. Food was decent. Our butler was around to meet our every need. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing honeymoon at all inclusive Royalton Chic Cancun
We loved our honeymoon at the Royalton CHIC Cancun! We opted for the Diamond Club and thoroughly enjoyed the exclusivity of our pool area and the privilege of making restaurant reservations. Our butler, Victor, was superb—he went above and beyond, even on his day off, to ensure our stay was exceptional. He surprised us with a ‘Honeymooners’ banner on our room door, which was such a thoughtful touch. The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning and second to none. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, and we had an amazing experience. The rooms could use a deep clean, but it didn’t detract from our stay. In addition to Victor, we’d like to give special mention to Francisco, the omelette maker. He was friendly, engaging, and gave us five-star service while we waited for our breakfast. The bartenders at the Diamond Club swim-up bar were excellent as well, and Luis, our waiter for the oceanfront dinner, provided impeccable service. Another standout was the woman with beautiful curly hair who served us by the pool—her service was outstanding. The facilities were gorgeous, and the events were a lot of fun. We’d absolutely stay here again!
