Jan 14, 2025Truly a resort for anyone. Relaxing vibes and entertainment can be found anytime.
Great food, beautiful rooms and amazing staff. The water is so beautiful you don't even need a filter. Something for everyone at this resort. After a relaxing day or active day by the pool or beach (your choice of 4 pools) there is relaxing music in the lobby before dinner. After an amazing dinner in one of many restaurants you can choose to hang out back in the lobby and play games - go to the Red Vine Lounge for Entertainment or even head up to the Sports Bar for some fun.

Amazing hotel Secrets the vine
I would like to share my incredible experience at Secrets The Vine Cancun. What an amazing hotel! The food was exceptional, offering excellent portions and variety. Everything was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would like to extend a special thank you to Angel, the concierge, whose assistance was invaluable. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. If anyone is considering traveling, I highly recommend Secrets The Vine Cancun for an unforgettable vacation experience.

We have just got home after an 11 night stay at this hotel and feel deeply disappointed with this hotel that TUI uk sold to use as a 5 star platinum hotel there highest hotel rating. Firstly on arrival at check in they tried to up sale us on room and services that was already included in the package we had already paid for this sales pitch is also done an aggressive manner. We where delayed by one and hours at Manchester on the way out and it 2 hours at Cancun airport for our luggage to arrive so by the time we got to the hotel all we wanted was some food and bed we were told to go to any of the 6 restaurant that that was serving , so went firstly the steak restaurant 1.5 hour wait for a table secondly the Italian restaurant hour wait there so ended at olio a Mediterranean restaurant what a mistake the food there was disgusting and service was very poor considering the food at the hotel is supposed to be gourmet quality. We then went to the bedroom which we had upgraded to delux supper king room with sea view when we booked the hotel,only to find we looked directly onto the hard rock hotel that had a very loud function going on on the rooftop , the view off the sea was a partial view of the beach and see if you looked from the balcony to the left left-hand side , then looking around the room there was lightbulbs missing in several areas no bedside lamps , only 3 pillows on the bed , 1 bathrobe and 1 chair on the balcony not 5 star standers. Drink throughout the hotel are supposed to be all you know premium brands but unless you specifically asked for the premium you would get local fire water and cheap mixer and always never a proper measure . We would never return to this hotel considering what we paid for it So consider

Great stay at secrets
Corner honeymoon suite was spacious, beautiful with amazing views. Tub overlooking the beach was amazing. Staff can not do enough for you. Steak house was the best out of all the restaurants. We were part of the preferred club which gave us access to the roof top pool, however the beach and the turquoise water were so inviting we spent the majority time down by the water. No seaweed and great waves.

Food is average. No dinner buffet. Wait times for restaurants was usually long. Our room toilet did not flush properly. Staff service was average. Beach was beautiful but there was usually trash left on beach from the day before. Beach service was sporadic. Entertainment was average. This is not a place I will revisit.
