Such a beautiful and peaceful resort experience and the most incredible spa and massage. Loved the attentiveness of the staff, the view, the pool bar, and highly recommend the Oceanfront King Suite with a private pool. It was the perfect retreat, will definitely be back.

An excellent, cozy resort
Cozy resort, with very attentive staff. Be sure to bring any issues to your main contact (Alejandro in our case), they’re more reliably responsive than the front desk! Food was pretty good, with a great spread of restaurants, and the bartenders (especially at the pool) are very friendly and creative

Family Trip to Zoetry Agua.
The grounds are like living in a tropical paradise! The staff are wonderful people who represent the soul of the Dominican people. I highly recommend Zoetry Agua for those interested in a taste of the Caribbean with the spirit of the Dominican people.

Amazing Resort!
Beautiful resort! The staff pampers all of the guests. Some of our favorite staff members where Yeilin and Sory (hostesses), Angel and Henry (drink waiters), Louis (waiter), Adrian (poolside waiter) and Joel (the lobby bartender...best around)!

Apr 22, 2025Leaky room & unacceptable response from management
A room in our group leaked overnight and water poured into the bathroom. This was a typical rain that should not have leaked in a room and it was obvious that this had happened before and the staff knew about it. While we paid for a 4 day relaxing stay, she was moved to 3 different rooms during the trip. Instead of the hotel apologizing and trying to make up for the inconvenience, she was asked to sign a document stating that she would not file any claims for damage. Hyatt's management response to the room situation was unacceptable. The grounds of the resort were amazing and most of the staff, including activities & fitness folks, were wonderful. Food was meh.
