X Tan Ha was a really fun experience for my 13 year old son and my wife and I. Spent 6 days here over spring break. We had a sea view room and it was really nice. Pools were nice. Restaurant was good. Swimming off the dock every morning in the warm Carribean sea was so refreshing. It was fun renting a golf cart and using it to explore the town and some other areas of Ambergris caye. Booked a snorkeling trip with Tuff Enuff tours from the shack on the dock to Hol Chan and shark alley. Swimming with and watching the turtles is an experience I’ll never forget. The staff were so friendly and smiling all the time. Happy and patient to help with every request. Cool place. I could go back for sure. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Wonderful resort
X’tan ha went above and beyond to make our trip to Belize fun and comfortable. The rooms were lovely with excellent AC. Plentiful drinking water and coffee is a huge plus. Beautiful pools. The view of the ocean was phenomenal, I even saw a stingray snorkeling right off the deck and many fish. It was quiet and I slept well - I was only disturbed by woodpeckers! The birds were beautiful. It was great being picked up for tours from the dock. I really enjoyed Ka’kua restaurant especially their Saturday bbq menu. The massages on the beach were incredible, private, and well priced, and the tour they booked us through Tuff E Nuff was the best of our trip (and also well priced). Special shout out to Mayri for sneaking me a piece of birthday cake with a cute card and sparklers in the morning when my fiancé woke up on his birthday. It is a trek into town (40 min bumpy golf cart ride each way to go out for dinner) but the loveliness of X’tan ha makes it worth it.

Great place to relax away from everyone
Really enjoyed our time at X'tan Ha. The pools and rooms were excellent. They kept the property clean and did a great job of removing the sargasm. I would recommend the on-site restaurant be improved eventhough it is a separate business but was quite inconsistent, especially portion sizes

The place to stay
The resort was very clean and as advertised. The staff is amazing being friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely stay here on our next trip. The restaurant had good portion size with reasonable pricing. It wasn’t unacceptable a little slow but prepared fresh so that is to be expected. Not too slow to be discouraging though. It is far enough away from town for the secluded feel but easy enough to get to with a golf cart ride. The bar was outstanding. We shared many nights there laughing and having fun. The vibe was very much on point and we made a lot of new friends.

Perfection in Paradise
What a wonderful place in Paradise. Loved the location, the staff, the facility, the pool, our room, and the bar under a palapa on our own pier. Yaniri and Mairi were so helpful and knowledgeable in the office. The staff was super attentive and very kind. I highly recommend this resort.
