The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had taken a 2-queen-beds room. While everything in the room and the premises was clean, it is quite clear that this is a refurbished place. Ample free parking too. Check-in was smooth and the gentleman at the counter was helpful. Breakfast was good even though it was basic. Out of 14 hotels that I went to in Jan, this was one of two hotels that didn't provide complementary water in the rooms or in the lobby. I am not sure if this is a Best Western standard but even the BW partner that I stayed with had complementary water in the rooms. And this was a Best Western Plus!!!

Old hotel located in a construction zone. Outside facade looks new - inside rooms needs an overhaul. Lobby dark and lighting is poor Fair breakfast. I expected more as this was a BW PLUS - positive is the price was good and beds were clean and comfortable

Nice hotel!
En route to another destination - we stayed here as a wayside. It's a good hotel, clean and nice rooms. Good complimentary breakfast with all the fixings. Price was reasonable. Hotel is close enough to old town that you can pop in. There is also a nice outlet mall close by. There is some construction going on on the roadway near the hotel, which made entry a bit confusing - but I'm sure once that's done this will be an excellent hotel.

Upon checking into the room, we found the bathroom was locked; we had to ask the front desk to unlock it. Breakfast experience was well below par; the lady workingyo replenishbreakfastitems looked like she had been sent to work here as a punishment. The waffle machine had a long line and the garbage was full. Bathtub drain was very slow and water would collect in the tub.

Stay away! Road and building construction surrounds hotel. It was terrible to get to and from hotel from I95 literally driving thru road and building construction. Hot tub not working. No attendees keeping up with demands of breakfast no forks, coffee cups or sugar. This hotel should not be considered a plus. Definitely overpriced. Book down the road by five miles better options.
