This is our second time at this resort and it exceeded expectations again. The hospitality and customer service was outstanding. Paul, the pool concierge, was on it everyday. He was a pleasure to talk with and kept us from getting too much sun. Alejandro at the pool bar was fantastic. Anything we wanted he was able to make. He made sure our visit was one to remember. Can’t wait to come back the next time.

Best all inclusive experience
The food was the highlight of our stay. Everything was excellently prepared and presented. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful. We particularly appreciated. Armando, Roxana, Saul, and Mario. The beach was a bit disappointing as the surf was too rough for wading or swimming and is was too rocky. The rooms were lovely and well maintained. They were constantly cleaning and everything was kept spotless. The spa was very nice and we enjoyed our massages. The location is within walking distance to the Malecon area.

Beautiful and well maintained property for Adults. Close to town and local restaurants. High level of service and safety. They were very welcoming and we had a wonderful time. We had a Premier Suite with a nice living area and small bar area. There was a jacuzzi bathtub and the bed was comfortable. Rooms ending in 11, 12 or 13 are less desirable due to a poor view to the right.

Paradise in Paradise
Villa Premier is a wonderful hotel. The vibe is great for folks who want to relax. Attentive staff, like Paul, Javier and Enrique make you want to come back again and again. This is simply the best adults only hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Give yourself a gift and come for a stay.

Overall Wonderful Experience
Our experience here has been amazing. The staff has been so helpful and kind. We had an incident happen that was out of the hotels control but the staff immediately stepped in. Hector the night manager made sure that we continued to enjoy our stay. Paul who works by the pool is funny and very easy to talk to. A night butler named Julio was also very kind, helpful, and attentive. Overall great experience. We will be coming back to enjoy this amazing resort and explore more of PV.
