Fabulous stay!
Great views! Friendly staff. Very clean. All the restaurants are fabulous! Drinks are watered down. If you do the all inclusive I would suggest ordering a shot to add to your drink. Family friendly. All ages from seniors to young children. Swimmable beach but Beach current is pretty strong,

Great place fun times for family.
Atmosphere was great and the staff was amazing especially Javier out by the pool. The food at the El Patron and Neptune was fantastic. Selection of wines (upgrade) was excellent. Another thing I would say is that even the breakfast buffet (typically these are not my favorite meals) was fantastic they have fresh made omelets and the selections were fresh and great.

Excellent and Relaxing Vacation
We have been to Villa Del Arco many times and it is always a wonderful vacation! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and fun. Our beach waiter Andres, was exceptionally awesome! He took care of our family all week and we cannot say enough amazing things about him! He not only is great at his job, but he goes out of his way to take care of you and it meant a lot to us. Thank you Andres and looking forward to seeing you next time!

Great as usual, but be mindful of decline
About the 5th time we visited. Had a great time as usual; there have been some improvements but also had some lows (first time!). Noteworthy staff: Paul bellboy Omar SUP/Kayak Carmen and Gloria in Patron Samuel and Jimmy from Neptune Neat improvements: Taco bar improved its menu! We loved the tortillas. Patton now offers lunch — great! Sometimes the options were very minimal for lunch but that’s fixed now with higher quality and variety. Poor/worse since last time: -spa credits are now only available 4-7 pm, which means it was crowded (took away some magic!!) and there was a line to even get in (not relaxing as it should be) Bad crisis management: We had no water for multiple hours for 4 days straight. Accidents happen (a water pipe broke) — but the hotel management could have handled this better. There was poor communication and workarounds. Staff didn’t know what’s up. Fully blame management for this lack of leadership and huge annoyance to all hotel guests.

Pool service 5 stars
Overall I’d give the whole trip a 3 star review. But Javier our pool service guy was amazing and on top of it the entire week. He truly made our stay worth it. We had issues with our room not having water 3 days from 1-5pm and our ac didn’t work 2 of our nights but the test of it was great.
