Jorge M Guti is the resident mobile bartender. He has the coolest cart loaded with all of the latest and greatest ingredients to prepare the most delicious cocktails! He will come to you so you won’t lose your favorite place by the pool. Enjoy

I want to thank Velas Vallarta for the very good service, it is a quiet, safe place with an incredible view.
Excellent hotel, amazing service, varied food, facilities such as pool and rooms, excellent... Very comfortable and clean room... All the staff is very friendly, even though there is a large population, there is no distinction or preference of any. All the food and drink very tasty. The pool is very large and very agardable and perfect. It is a 100 percent affordable hotel. The beach is very beautiful and suitable to get in to enjoy.

Fantastic service
Excellent service as always. Marcelino was our waiter most of the week and took fantastic care of us around the pool. Eric, Rogelio and Victor were also great. The restaurant staff were also fantastic! Thanks to Omar, Raoul, Angel and Oscar. Thanks to you all for going above and beyond to take great care of our family.

Paradise less than 4hours from SF Bay Area
Awesome experience for the whole family. Great food, service and drinks.(all inclusive)Beautiful venue with a huge multi pool. April weather was perfect. Would definitely recommend and return . If you like to be pampered, this is the perfect place. It’s like cruising except on land.

It doesn't get better!
This was our 26th year at Velas -- that should say it all! A resort which offers everything, with grounds that are kept meticulously, with two excellent restaurants, with personnel who can't do enough for you. Velas has been one of the great experiences of our lives, and on the one occasion when we had an emergency, they stepped right, and kept checking to see that all was well. Five stars?
