Parking Fee:
A minimum self-parking fee of $20 per room, per day, per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at time of service, at check-in or check-out.
A valet parking fee of $27 per room, per day, per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at time of service, at check-in or check-out should a guest choose to valet.

Pet Stay Policy:
Up to 2 pets per room are allowed.

Beautiful, moderate level resort with a price point beating anything the D offers. The pool area is well-themed, the lobby, restaurants, and lounges are inviting; and the water-taxi to City Walk makes for a very convenient and charming "commute." The rooms are clean, spacious and well-appointed with individual toiletries and LED mirrors. I look forward to another stay.

Great experience.
The hotel provided a great experience . Beginning from the reservation follow up call every team Member we interacted with provided exceptional service . The valet staff. Bell desk ,front desk , restaurant staff and pool and security staff , all were very friendly and helpful. Great job by management in maintaining a very professional team. The premises and facilities are great , proximity to the theme parks and transportation options were wonderful. Great place for families and kids . Wonderful Option for business meetings and groups as well. Highly recommend .

Excellence
We booked a room for our anniversary weekend wnd when we got there, we got a complimentary upgrade to a hospitality suite. It was amazing and the customer service was awesome! The room was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel!

The Hard Rock has nothing on this hotel!
I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock and was not impressed. I read the reviews about the Sapphire Falls and figured I would give it a try. It did not disappoint. The food at Amatista restaurant was plentiful and chef-kisses. We ordered room service for breakfast. It was quick, hot, and arrived earlier than promised. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy! The pool area was clean and inviting! The staff were nice. I can’t say enough. I will return again!

2nd visit, just as good!
This was our 2nd family holiday to this hotel/resort, and it was just as impressive as the first time we visited 5 years ago. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. There's a free to use mini safe, iron, hairdryer, fridge, coffee machine and TV with loads of channels. The windows don't open and there's no balcony, but the Aircon works a treat. There's a massive pool that's open until 11pm, with plenty of sunbeds and towel service. Make sure you get a refillable cup for your soft drinks, it costs about $19 for the duration of your stay, we stayed for 2 weeks so more than got our money's worth, they have a choice of 100 flavours of soft drinks to choose from, and there's refill stations at either end of the pool and one in the store on the lobby. The food from the pool bar was really nice and can highly recommend. You get early access to the theme parks and volcano bay of you're staying here, I'd say definitely make use of this, especially at volcano bay as it can get quite busy here, get in early and reserve the best sunbeds and have a few laps of the wild rapids (not the lazy river) before it gets too crowded. The hotel is perfectly situated if you don't want to drive whilst away. The theme parks, city walk and volcano bay are a 10 minute walk away, or you can get the water taxi to city walk and the theme parks.
