Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
A minimum self-parking fee of $20 per room, per day, per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at time of service, at check-in or check-out.
A valet parking fee of $27 per room, per day, per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at time of service, at check-in or check-out should a guest choose to valet.

Pet Stay Policy:
Up to 2 pets per room are allowed.

Great price and fast transportation to parks!
Our trip to Sapphire Falls was nice! Room was clean, great amenities and transportation via water taxi was always quick and simple! Breakfast buffet had great choices and fresh food. Beds were comfy, pillows a bit soft. But the pillows were the only negative! All the employees I encountered were kind and Friendly!
Beautiful Sapphire Falls
Stayed at Sapphire Falls June 2022 absolutely beautiful resort, water taxi great way to get to the parks, only issue service charge every time you order food or drinks. 2nd stay at Sapphire Falls would I stay again of course
Worth it for the early park admission
This was our first time staying at a resort on Universal property and we loved it. This hotel is pricier than some of the budget options but the large pool and early park admission made it worth it. We got so much done in the Wizarding World before it got super busy. The check-in staff were incredibly nice and answered all of our questions. The water taxi to the parks came every 15 minutes and was so convenient. Much better than walking in the heat! The only cons were the barn doors to the bathroom (you can hear everything) and some guests being noisy in the hallway late at night.
Great location- Freindly and clean
The perfect place to stay if you want to experience the Universal parks. Great complimentary transportation all day. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great for a family. When not at the theme park the pool is exceptional and a great place to spend some downtime while the kids play. Most of the kids were ages 8 and up so it was a little more on the older side based on the attractions at Universal. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning your trip and you dont want to be driving back and forth. Park your car and enjoy your vacation
Do Not Stay Here!
This resort received a one star. They lack in the most important area any family would not want a hotel lacking in. They response to emergencies and accidents. A member of our party got hit in the face with a door and asked for ice and stated we were better off going to the cafe for ice rather than waiting for assistance because it would take too long all while her nose was swelling and bruised. No report taken manager not notified and no one willing to help get ice. She was light headed in pain and had pounding headache. No not the hotels fault but they failed to assist in an accident. Another member of our party got over heated while waiting on for the boat and they called ahead asking for a wheelchair to help assist to get her off the boat. 1 hour later and numerous requests and even going back and forth from boat to front desk for wheel chair they finally brought one by that time ems was called because she was moments away from having a heat stroke with her blood pressure being so high. Because no one would help get her inside and fans and water were not cooling her off fast enough. This is not the place to stay for this Alone as they do not know how to properly handle any emergency or accident.If you read through reviews this is not the first time they were unable to properly handle an emergency. Oh and they offered us half of our nightly rate for one night as refund for the issue as if that properly fixes the fact they neglected a hotel guest that could have potentially caused her serious harm or worse with their lack of communication.
