Nice Buisness trip
Stayed here for a Nursing Conference. Property is a short drive from the Orlando Airport. They do have a daily parking fee. Check in was quick and easy. If you arrive early baggage services is close to the check in if you want to hit the parks or pool while you wait for your room. There are 2 restaurants on property one that opens after 4 pm and the other that is available all day. They also offer a grab and go location that stays open fairly late into the night. Hot breakfast sandwich in am, cooler with sandwiches and salads in afternoon and hot food line in afternoon and evening. For the most part the staff are friendly, yet some appear to be overwhelmed working longer hours at times. Rooms are well appointed and beds are fairly comfortable. Did notice that our sink would make strange noises after we showered. House keeping could be hit or miss during the trip. I would recommend buy a resort cup for refreshments a 20oz soda will run you 5$ per bottle or you can get mug for 20$ entire trip . There are freestyle soda machines in the grab and go location and at the pool. Coffee makers are in each room .

Wonderful place
Thank you Sapphire Falls for an amazing holiday. Loved everything about this place. Stayed at both Royal Pacific and Portofino , this is our favourite. Comfortable clean rooms. Great AC, good shower, coffee machine, fridge. Helpful friendly staff. It was our daughter's birthday whilst there... Beautiful big birthday cake delivered to the room just $35. Free refills of soda for the whole stay for $15 . Lovely shop for coffee, ice cream or a takeaway pizza, very reasonably priced too. Lovely pool, great atmosphere, plenty of towels, all clean ,chilled water available and free suncream.DJ on at the weekend.Cocktails served by the pool were fabulous. We'll be back !

Look elsewhere
Do not book this place! I booked thru Expedia 2 adults with 3 children however, called this resort to add a third adult! They confirmed a roll out bed for extra charge they can accommodate this size party. Upon check in.. I told them my reservation was for 2 adults with three children however my third adult they advised me “ roll out bed” he told me yes no problem! Well the roll out bed came and COULD NOT fit in the room! Upon checkout( didn’t want to ruin my vacation at the parks with my kids) I complained about have 6 people in a room with two beds! He told me this was a mistake bc it’s a fire hazard!!!! Long and behold they offered me one free night and no parking !!! That’s not enough for 5 nights all of us uncomfortable and putting us in a fire hazard! Had they told me upfront “ we can’t accommodate this size I would’ve booked a bigger room!!! I thought a roll out bed would work but bam it didn’t!! Now, no call back after requesting a FULL refund!! I also complained on offering a bed in a room size like that was terrible! I fly a lot and never had this experience in my life!! No no response is disgusting!

Wonderful stay exceptional resort
Stayed for two weeks in this lovely resort. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard daily. Pool was fabulous with great service and lovely food. Drink prices were a bit steep, but hey your in a theme park hotel. Boats to and from city walk were frequent and operated friendly and efficient staff. Great resort highly recommend.

Great 4 night stay (apart from the parking charges)
We had a great 4 night stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando. We really liked our room which was made up each day with lots of toiletries and fresh towels, coffee replenishment etc. Beds were really comfortable too. Lobby area was lovely and we sat in this area each morning to eat a grab and go breakfast from New Dutch Trading Company. The breakfast options were a bit limited and pretty expensive for what it was, however, we did really enjoy the egg white burritos which were very filling. We didn't eat any other food in the hotel, preferring to eat at City Walk after a day in the parks. We used the pool area once and this was really nice and very quiet. Nice beach towels provided too. We also used the laundry. Machines seemed pretty old and not in great condition but were suitable to freshen up our clothes. We really liked being able to walk to the parks in around 15 minutes and we preferred this option to taking the boat. Time wise I think they're around the same timing. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed being so close to the parks. Only downside was the cost of the parking. When spending a lot to stay in a park hotel, the parking should be included in the room cost like it is in other competitor park hotels.
