    Super holiday experience

We had a 12 night stay at this hotel with a family of 5 three teenage boys and parents. From quick check in to friendly staff all throughout the hotel nothing was ever a problem if you asked them. 2 bedroom suite was a good size and the bench in room was very handy for breakfast and takeaway meals we got delivered to hotel. Pool area large and always plenty of beds.My teen boys loved the gym and especially loved the gym showers. The cleaning throughout you couldnt fault. Restaurant good for quick bute and refillable cups great for kids. Shuttle buses very frequent to park and i trolley stop outside the door for travel along i drive. Will def reccomend this hotel to anyone going to Universal.

    Didn’t meet expectations

The room extremely far from parking garage and elevator. Good thing we brought a wagon with us. The room decor had a nice theme but that’s about it. The beds were very uncomfortable and the walls were super thin. I didn’t get any sleep because of the bed and I could hear the family word to word next door even at midnight of the night… this hotel didn’t meet my expectations. I would not stay there again.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at universal endless summer surfside Hotel we had a 2 bed suite I will keep this short. If in any way you value a good night's sleep while on holiday AVOID this hotel the walls and ceilings are paper thin If you literally have any guests either side of you or above you forget about SLEEP trust me when I say you hear everything from tvs, arguments, toilets flushing chairs moving kids running the noise is horrendous which is such a shame as the price is great the shuttle service fast and efficient lovely pool area but all let down by having no soundproofing in the rooms be warned take note of the reviews as I'm not the first and definitely won't be the last to leave a bad review regarding this issue.

    Very good resort facility

The room was well laid out and spacious. Clean and well presented. Check in staff were very helpful and efficient. All the common areas were well presented and staff polite. My only gripe is the inconsiderate guests who were overly loud in the passage and in their rooms. The walls are paper thin and each morning the person in the next room’s alarm would go off at 5.30am. I still managed to sleep enough.

Worst experience ever!! Racism is loud there!!

The hotel was nice. But it was not anything special. Personally I will never take my family again because we were virtually profiled by the clerk in the souvenir shop. I had gone into that shop every day buying items for the kids and spend upwards of seven maybe $800 on souvenirs for those kids this particular day I went in there this white lady followed me all over the store as I was picking up items she was just right there breathing on my neck and then when I finally got tired of it I turned around and asked her why was she following me and she said no I’m not following you I’m just getting my steps in. A white couple came in then another group of white kids came in and she continued to just follow me through the store. A lady asked for help but she kept standing behind me so I turned around and gave her the items and told her she could have them. I then brought back all the items I purchased and started buying the kids items from the stores at the them parks. I spoke with the manager about this and she said, I’m sorry let me give you a food voucher for tonight . As if you can buy my dignity with a food voucher. It was at that moment that I understood why they were only for black families in the entire hotel. How do I know because we made a point to just meet up at the pool or meet up and have food together. So that hotel is a no for me I’ll continue to go to Disney. They may be racist but it never shows not like the experience I had at Universal surf side. I would’ve left but why give them the satisfaction. When we ordered food through room service, our food always got lost, so we would have to go to the restaurant to get food. The 3 stars are for the African American staff that worked in the restaurant. The white people that were obviously in charge of the in hotel restaurant we’re rude and kept turning their nose up at black people.
