    Great hotel and location, paper thin walls in rooms

    Great hotel and location.gym good, pool good, food and service good. Maid service needs to improve overall very poor. Big let down for the hotel is the room walls are paper thin so you can hear other guests so there is no privacy and very hard to go to sleep until every guest around you is ready to sleep. Its a shame they have put more rooms in instead of quality of rooms eg sound proofing. Major flaw in my opinion.

    Great hotel in good location

    This hotel is in a great location on international drive on two trolley stops. Had a top floor room which was clean and well maintained. Had fridge and single serve coffee machine. Pool area was never very busy with loads of sun loungers . Food hall compact but a very good range of meals from pizza to burgers, roast chicken to fresh cooked pasta. If you have food allergies the chefs cook your meal separately from other food. Shuttle to the parks every 10 to 15 minutes.

    Great hotel for Universal studios. Shuttle service to parks are regular. Starbucks is great, also grab n go for breakfast was a good start to the day and reasonably priced .Staff are all really friendly.

    Great family Resort at a Great Price

    We loved our 2 bedroom suite. Beds were super comfy and the four of us didn't feel on top of each other when we were in the room. The restaurant was excellent. Staff is super friendly and treated us very well. Communication with front desk staff is easy! Rooms were very clean. Transportation very easy to Universal with a bus running every 10 to 15 minutes. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend!

    Amazing place

    I loved this place. The price is good, the amenities are amazing, the restaurante, the pool, rooms, etc. All amazing. The transportation back and forth to the park, also great, no need to have a car. They come every 15 minutes aprox.
